Faith technologies did a first-class job of replacing the breaker box in my house. Their estimate was one of the lowest, they came when they said they would, and got the job done promptly.

Dishonest place here. All the sudden my sister has a collection account from these people? She has never done any business with this place EVER. In any way shape or form. Dispute filed with Transunion, Equifax and Experian. I will be back to update my review as to how this dishonest company was able to do this.

I have not use their services. I am leaving a review due to the fact that one of their vehicles drove recklessly past my home. Well over the posted speed limits by at least 20 miles per hour and down the center of the road. When I called the office I was not taken seriously and felt as though my concern for the safety of the driver along with others on the road was invalid. Other reviews comment of their customer service being poor. I would have to agree.

Seems their customer service could use some work. Called about getting some parking lot lights changed. When they called back they informed me that they were booked and could not accommodate. Okay fine, your busy no problem. So i ask do they have anyone they could recommend that would be able to provide comparable service. They told me no, we don't give out recommendations. To me that is a poor customer service. I was not price shopping. I have an issue that they cannot address and I do not think it is crazy for them to know and recommend their competition if they are unable to do the work. I guess when it is all said and done, at least they are honest.

I recently purchased an electric car. I needed to run a 240 V outlet in my garage to accommodate it. They were fast courteous and did an excellent job and I have the belief they were inexpensive, admittedly, I did not get many quotes, Direct Electric Happens to be just a few blocks away.

I was sad when they drilled into my HVAC to install a light and would not cover the cost of repairing it. :(
