I received 4 estimates and decided to go with Drews. They made the process of getting the original estimate, adjusting the site plan, communicating installation date, and the actual installation very easy.
The install team included Michael and 3 others. They were all great and answered any and all questions I had during the install process. Maria was great too, she answered all of my questions leading up to the install and follow up after installation.
Because of the well organized installation and inspection, my system was able to be turned on within 48 hours of installation.

I was very pleased with the whole purchasing and installation process. Michael and Maria were very prompt with answering any questions I had and getting all of the permits and rebate applications available applied for. On the scheduled installation day the crew worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent, impressive job of cleaning up. The system was up and running two hours after they finished installing it. ( Both the building inspector and the utility company were very quick in getting it approved.)

Drews Solar initially quoted our residential solar project in the fall of 2022. They scheduled the installation for April 2023. By far, they were the best company to deal with when it came to quoting and communication. Their website and blog posts were extremely informative, and when they were onsite to bid the project, they answered all the questions we had. Other companies that came out to bid on our project were super sleazy and overly salesy. Michael was honest and straightforward with his approach. He answered all my questions and really helped educate me on why their approach (SolarEdge inverters in the basement vs. microinverters at the panels) was a far superior choice for us. It certainly helped that they had very competitive pricing, which made it much easier to select them for our project.

The installation took place in April 2023. Leading up to the install, Maria was great at sending over all the detailed information and keeping us informed of the upcoming schedule and dates. They were onsite for about two days, and their crew was extremely professional and polite. I can't emphasize enough how nice and respectful their crew was.

The install went great. They handled all the permitting and worked with MG&E on the planning and activation of the system. The system has been exceeding the production estimates they provided. Almost two years out from the installation and we are extremely happy that we chose Drews Solar. We would definitely recommend them for any solar project you have!

Drews Solar did an excellent job with our Solar Installation. We sought several bids, but Drews stood out based on their responsiveness, knowledge, and friendliness. They were able to get the project completed ahead of schedule too. It took the team about 2 days total to install the panels. The crew that was here were extremely friendly and respectful throughout the process. Even though it was extremely hot and humid during those install days.

True story:
We had a solar panel door to door sales guy stop at our house and try to sell us solar panels for our roof, that has 17 panels on it. The panels face the street (South). Either that sales guy was blind, or they blend in quite well.

Drews Solar installed a PV system on our house. We are extremely pleased with the entire process. We looked at three different companies and are happy with our choice of Drew’s Solar. Mike is very responsive and most importantly knows his stuff! He was the only one to notice certain things and designed the system accordingly. The quote was detailed and easy to understand. Mike gave us options and really cares about putting on the system that makes the most sense and is what you want. His knowledge of equipment and installations was great.
