Our 27-year old River Birch tree had grown over our house. The high winds on the early morning of March 13 caused an 8” diameter branch to fall on our roof. Fortunately, it didn’t cause any damage. On Saturday, March 14, I contacted a couple of tree removal businesses but didn’t hear back from them. This morning, Sunday March 15, I contacted Greg and Jeremy at Paul’s Tree Service, and explained to them that we were really concerned that the tree may come down during the forecasted winter storm. They were at our place by 2:00 PM today and had the tree down by 4:00 PM. It is now 9:08 PM and the wind is howling outside. I can’t express how fortunate we are to have contacted Greg and Jeremy at Paul’s Tree Service to remove a tree that may have come down on our house during this current storm. Thanks, guys!! Jeremy did a great job on our most recent project. He is a master with his far reaching machine. He got into the tight places and was very efficient. We have used him many times in the past and every time he did a great job!

We lost two large trees (each about 5 stories tall) this week, and Jeremy was out to our property within hours, assessing the damage. Unfortunately, there were 3 cars that were affected. He prepped the site for further work the next day, and he and his crew very methodically and carefully removed the large trunks and long branches with expert precision. Plus, they treated the car owners' property with utmost respect. It's now less than 48 hours since the windstorm, and there is very little visible evidence of our misfortune. Highly, highly commend their emergency actions, while strongly recommending their regular tree services.

I had a unique snow removal request after my car got completely buried by the recent snow storm. What an awesome and meticulously careful job he did for me! I was so appreciative and his pricing was in line with others I called. The big difference is he got back to me quickly and was able to make time for me within 24 hours of when I called as he understood the urgency of my situation. The fact that he's also a very nice guy and extrememly friendly is just an added bonus. Will definitely keep Autumn's in mind for future needs.

I recently purchased a bit of a fixer-upper with a yard full of trees that were dead, half-dead, overgrown and/or invasive. I was at a loss to know where to start to begin to make it more livable. Jeremey walked the whole lot with me two different times to help me formulate a plan to protect the house, bring more light to the yard for future plantings, and maintain habitat for birds and critters. And then he made it happen! He and his crew worked for more than three days to turn this sow’s ear into a silk purse and I am incredibly grateful. He even installed a tree swing in the front yard for me to enjoy the now beautiful canopy. I will definitely be calling Jeremy again to keep things under control (trees don’t stop growing and dying) and to help me continue to realize my vision for a beautiful yard. Highly recommend.

Jeremy was absolutely wonderful to work with. Called him before 7:00am on Wed. 5/22/24 right after terrible thunderstorm the previous night that left a huge tree branch on top of my roof. Jeremy was at my house by 8:30am to remove the branch so I could assess the damage to my roof. He explained what was required to remove the branch without causing further damage. He was extremely efficient in his removal of what turned out to be 2 or 3 branches. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone needing emergency service or any other type of tree or shrubbery services. Already made arrangements for him to return in the fall for tree trimming and removal of a dead tree. With the large wind storm on Friday 3/14, we had a few trees that were ready to fall on neighbors fence. They came over within a few hours, cut 3 trees down, cleaned up the mess, and we're very professional. Highly recommend for your tree needs..

My cat climbed up a tree and couldn't get down. I called and the person I spoke with gave me some sound advice and had him jump into the cat carrier and I was able to get him down myself without having to have anyone come over. I appreciated the experience of someone who has ran into this problem before.

When we had those big storms in spring I realized that the damage was too much for me and my chain saw. I saw Autumn’s tree care working at our neighbor's and gave him a call. Jeremy was there within a day to give us a quote. Later that summer we had Jeremy come and take down the big ole tree. It took a day and a half due to its size. Jeremy and his crew had great equipment, cleaned up nicely, and even placed the wood in the back where we can split it. Just a great company
