We had them come to the house and add insulation. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They even helped us bring groceries into the house. We are very pleased with First Onsite.

Dealing with water damage as well as insurance companies can seem like a daunting task, but the entire team at First Onsite handled everything professionally and put my mind at ease. Special shout out to Elizabeth and Todd for communicating and executing everything said they would do, when they would do it - a rare find in today's world. Would highly recommend.

On April 28th, 2021, our mid-century house built in 1955 burned - only the outside brick structure was saved. Due to fire, smoke, and water, most of the insides were totaled. Only now, in November 2022, has First Onsite been able to complete the restoration. Yet, I am awarding them 5 stars, even though it has been over 18 months since the fire to get to this stage.

Maybe it was the “perfect storm” – Covid-19; supply-chain issues; labor issues; high costs of lumber, windows, electrical, plumbing and so on. Sure, due to a recent takeover of Perfection Property Restoration by First Onsite, there were transition problems. And, I admit, being in our 70s, my wife and I decided early on we wanted a top-notch, restored house, so we were not willing to settle for any quick, cheap replacement items.

They succeeded – we now have a top-notch, restored house that we are proud of. Other than Todd Masson, the Construction Manager, who made allowances for us during this trying time, there are 3 First Onsite people I want to single out:

First, is Cameron Kraus, our carpenter, who is talented and can do anything. He basically took over getting this house completed.

Second, is Jason Gessner, our 2nd project manager, who realized our situation and met our needs on many levels.

Third, is Steve Harlfinger, our 2nd project director, who working the financials and interfacing with the insurance company has lent his experience to our cause.

Very unprofessional & unbelievable to want to charge a customer 10% for a bid-estimate on water damage repairs to a home that they came out to see due to I couldn’t commit to have them do the repairs without a estimate. I also was informed by the receptionist that it’s too much work for her to write up an estimate because it’s tine consuming so the charge for the estimate bid would be around $3000 just for estimating cost to repair. Incredible !!!

Sergio and his team were great to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and finished the job so quickly! Thank you First on Site!!!

It’s early on in the restoration process but so far extremely disappointed. It’s been 9 weeks with only a tarp for a roof and still haven’t even obtained building permits. When my elderly mother questioned the slow pace the builder yelled at her and made her cry. Complete jerk. Winter is coming soon and I’m not optimistic this company cares at all. I am actively looking for a reputable builder to takeover. Perhaps things will improve but not holding my breath.

They damaged our home, and NEVER offered a proper plan for resolution. Not a trustworthy company!

My experience with FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration has been absolutely amazing!

A car crashed into my house (yes, you read that right) causing major damage to my enclosed front porch.

The porch needed to be braced for safety but the crash happened late on a Saturday night and so trying to get anyone to come out on Sunday (which was also Father's Day and Juneteenth) was nigh impossible.

FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration was the ONLY place that would even come out to look things over on Sunday. When they saw how unsafe it was they made sure to get a crew together to come on Monday (which was a federal holiday to observe Juneteenth) to clean up the debris and brace the porch.

Todd, the Project Director, has been phenomenal; he made me feel so much better and explained everything in detail, including how everything worked with the house insurance aspect. J.J. and Leo were wonderful and cleaned up all debris quickly and efficently. And Cameron, the Carpenter, was a total angel because he came back early from his trip to Illinois just to brace the porch after he saw how unsafe it was from pictures Todd sent him.

First Onsite went above and beyond. I had some water issues from heavy rain and despite a very busy day, Mike came and met me at my house to evaluate it well after business hours. It was exceptional work and showed he truly cared about my concerns. I am so thankful he made the time to help me out.

He was able to come last minute and was able to provide me with solid insight as to how I should move forward with the problems in my basement. He was thorough and very willing to help. I've experienced First OnSite as a client and as Insurance Agent. Eric Vogel is always there for me and my people. When my basement was flooding, he picked up the phone at 10pm and was ready to get to my place. Every client of mine that I have sent his way, he has taken care of. Always call right away, gets to the problem fast and consults with the property owner to figure out the best solution. He will walk you through all of your options and find out the best for you. Eric is my guy, I'll keep coming to him and sending my people to him.

My basement sewer backed up and I'll let you imagine what kind of sludge came up. I called first on site and Todd and his crew came out and did an outstanding job with the clean up. They were very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend First Onsite. 👍👍
