Our washer had quit mid-cycle on March 27 and wouldn’t come back on. We have a Sears Home Warranty, but their online service scheduler wanted to make us wait until April 22 for a Sears service tech! Luckily I was able to reach the warranty people by phone, and they told me to call Fox Cities. (Yes, still covered by warranty, of course.)
Fox Cities had Kevin out to my place the day I reached them - within just a few hours. He was timely, knowledgeable and efficient - not to mention friendly! Washer works great now. Would definitely recommend Fox Cities to anybody.

Their response time was fantastic. My dryer broke over the weekend. I called them 1st thing Monday morning. The repair person was at my house with in 2 hours and the dryer was fixed with several new parts installed in less than 1 hour. I would HIGHLY recommend Fox Cities Appliance Repair.

Had my dryer repaired by Fox Cities Appliance Repair. They were responsive and upfront with the minimum service visit charge. The technician came within a few days of initial contact and he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and explained to me what the problem was and even showed me the failed parts. The cost for the parts, service and labor was very reasonable.

Fox cities appliance was great to work with! Our dryer broke and they were able to get to our house within 24 hours to fix it when everyone else had wait times of 3+ weeks. We were so grateful!
In addition their service technician was great. He was prompt and completed the repair quickly while also giving maintenance advice. Lastly, their prices were reasonable. We could not have been happier with their service.
