Absolute dissatisfaction with my new asphalt driveway. I am already losing stones after only 9 months. I stated my concern over it being so pocked when it was first laid in the Fall. I only received lip service that they would check it out. Zero customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, they are doing the parking lots at my apartment and they sealcoated them and did a horrible job at it. Parts are peeling and they painted over tree branches and it’s only been 4 days and they only quoted 2 days so I’ve had to park my car on the street and it got damaged because they don’t know how to do their jobs correctly in a timely manner like they said they would, if I could give them 0 stars I would

Been waiting since the beginning of April for them to come pave my driveway and it is now middle of may and still nothing. They call when it rains to say they are not coming and get nothing on days it is nice. If I didnt have money already invested in the project I would go with some one else that would not give the run around and would just get the job done!!!!!

Dump truck driving down 94 with plastic trash blowing out of it all over. Drove up next to the driver and honked, waved pointed. Driver doesn't care, doesn't pull over to look, doesn't get off the highway to secure their load.

Tried for a month to get a quote on a patio and garage repair. Salesmane cancelled three times and after that I ignored his calls. A month later a letter shows up saying my job is to small for them. How do you know you never showed up. Just another big company only after big business.

Call twice for an estimate and never heard back. Unprofessional on the phone. Second time I called, the receptionist was audibly annoyed and explained that it takes a week to get a call back.

Upon requesting my info to verify they had it, she was unable to locate the record of me ever calling and spent 5 minutes reiterating that I was not in their system. I then politely ask her to collect my information and pass it on to their sales person so that I could receive a call back. Never heard back.

Beyond amazing job sealing and striping my parking lot at Azana Salon and Spa! Jill was THE BEST at keeping in communication with me when it rained. They were here when they said they’d be. They did what they said they were going to do... these simple things are sometimes hard to come by nowadays. I highly recommend contacting Adam Poblocki and Jill Mohr for your paving needs! Tami

DO NOT HIRE. Unless you don't like your mailbox. They're drivers took mine out and after 9 months of a manager saying he was going to have it replaced...nothing. They win because I replaced it myself. Just a heads up on how this company handles business on even the simplest of fixes.

Great communication and outstanding service. A weather delay was facilitated smoothly. Driveway was handled professionally and promptly and looks outstanding!! Fair price and quality work. Thanks!!

Very satisfied with professionalism and communication. Although final completion of project was delayed by weather, they finished installing the asphalt as soon as weather allowed. Only 3 stars due to fact that driveway does not drain properly after rain storm; water pools in one spot at end of driveway near roadway about 4 ft x 2 ft. Stays wet long after rain stops. Very unsightly.

Poblocki paving yellow Kenworth dump truck towing a heavy equipment trailer with large Machine. Truck USDOT#698209 in center lane speeds 55 mph was dropping stones and dirt all over 41/45 southbound from about Good hope rd. South past Hampton. Roughly 6:45 pm Wednesday17th 2022. Everytime the Poblocki paving truck hit a bump or rough sections of road stones and dirt came off the big machine and trailer being towed by the Poblocki paving truck. I observed a stone bounce off the trailer strike my hood left side leaving a paint chip and then struck and chipped my windshield on the right center. (Note) left a large chip in glass Also observed another pickup truck who appeared to have been hit by the bouncing stones also. He pulled up next to the Poblocki truck to let them know they were dropping stones all over the highway and got the 1 finger salute from both passenger of the Poblocki truck an Hispanic man and what appeared to be a white Caucasian driver of the Poblocki truck.. Do you realize the Danger your commercial Dump truck and trailer discharging debris on the highway caused to motorist? The property damage to at least two vehicles and I'm sure there may have been quite a few more? How about educating your driver's to clean off equipment and trailers before utilizing and transporting on the highways. Secondly when a motorist is trying to get their attention possibly it is for a good reason. It appears these two occupants of the Poblocki paving Truck could of cared less by their 1 finger salute reaction.

Poblocki Paving Empolyee owned company are great to deal with as they are always very responsive and personal when the job in on going and complete. I worked with Tom Fendryk as the project manager -salesman and he was so always very helpful through the whole project. Tom and his team are unmatched in the area

Originally a one star in accident. I just noticed it and had to change it. They were AMAZING people to work with from start to finish and they made my driveway look great. People from the neighborhood would be driving by and had to slow down. I also had a few companies bit it and Poblocki had best price and by far best service.

They take the extra time to make your parking lot perfect. No cutting corners or excuses as to why the job isn’t don’t to perfection. The employees also made sure your satisfied on every level of the project. Professionalism over ways the cost. Thank you Publocki Team.

The project manager is supposed to be in charge of caring for his own parking lot, but for years wasn't even capable of doing that - forcing the neighbors to take care of snow removal. This is no exaggeration: He is literally the rudest person I have met in my life, and I suggest if you care about humanity that you would not give this person or their company any money. Go anywhere else.

EDIT: I have not paid for services so I am not in their system, but I am rather the neighbor and former unpaid caretaker of Adam Poblocki's parking lot. It would seem by the level headed and well written reply to this review wasn't written by him, so I edited and removed the word "owner" from my review.

I had an amazing experience with Adam and the team at Poblocki. I had contacted numerous concrete and paving companies and Adam was one of the few that got back to me, spent the time to go over our project, and quote it quickly. Once we signed the contract our project was done quickly and the quality is awesome. I already referred their company to other people as I was very impressed.

I contracted Poblocki Paving to replace my garage floor and resurface my blacktop driveway. The work was second to none. The garage floor is quite possibly the nicest I've ever seen! Tom Fendryk is my salesman and he was very easy to work with. He addressed all of the concerns with my job and it turned out amazing. I couldn't be happier!

Work was substandard. I called to talk to the owner’s son, who (mis)managed the project. The owner could not have been more rude and/or dismissive. I would never use these Poblocki. My next door neighbor had a similar experience. We removed all the asphalt and replaced with concrete. Love my new concrete driveway. Do not use Poblocki.

Project manger was not responsive to our concerns. When asked to come back to fill the cracks they tarred them right over the newly painted stripes. Second area was prepaid for work that was proposed and it didn’t come out the way things were explained. Won’t recommend this organization to anyone.

Left a mess on the road after paving Brookfield elementary. Project manager was notified by the stripping foreman. No concern for public safety. Neighbors had to clean up the mess behind a company that probably has 50 street sweepers in the equipment fleet. Not a Poblocki fan.
