My parents were having issues with their water heater that another company couldn't figure out, Heise Heating came out and identified the issue in 10 min and had it fixed shortly after. They will be the first call from now on.

Heise Heating and cooling has been our go to for our commercial building. They have been very professional and timely. We are very satisfied with their work and service. Highly recommend. Kevin is very knowledgeable and explains everything they are doing or have done. Will definitely continue to use Heise Heating and Cooling.

Kevin and Karen have been my go to heating, plumbing and AC resource for more than 20 years. Work is excellent. Totally honest and reliable. Helped out when our vacation house had problems and we weren't there. I would recommend without hesitation.

Fair pricing, fast service, and great people!! We first met Kevin 5 years ago when we started renting our old house. We recently bought our own home and when the furnace started acting up he was the first person to come to mind to call! I stopped in the office, asked his lovely wife Karen if he'd be able to stop by to take a look. And within hours he was here and had our furnace working within 5 minutes! Explained what had happened and even swapped the filter out for me all for a very fair and reasonable cost!! He's our go-to man for anything heating/cooling!!

Professional and efficient. Our furnace went out and Dan was able to fit us in to his schedule that same day to travel to Oshkosh and fix our furnace. Within minutes he recognized the issue and was on his way to pick up a new part. Came back and quickly replaced the component and our furnace was able to get back up and running. I’d highly recommend Heise Heating and Cooling.

MY FURNACE WENT DOWN WHILE AT WORK & MY HOME WAS FREEZING COLD!
I CALLED HEISE & She said a few hrs. DAN called me back within 15min. & said he was on his way! ⭐️
It was fixed within the hour.
The next day it went out Dan & a co worker came right away.
Turns out I needed A NEW FURNACE!
I'VE SERIOUSLY HAD THE WORST LUCK LATELY.
CANCER, GREAT FRIEND DIED, BILLS PILING UP FROM BEING OUT OF WORK. SERIOUSLY STRUGGLING!
YOU KNOW. LIFE THROWS U CURVES.
I almost started crying right in front of 2 total strangers!!!
Then his co/worker smiled & said aww. DO U NEED A HUG? I LAUGHED & HE GAVE ME A HUG.
THAT HUG AT THAT MOMENT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED!
SUDDENLY I FELT CALM & KNEW EVERYTHING WLD BE OK.
WAITING FOR PARTS TILL MON. IT'S JAN. 23rd 2026 coldest weather in history.
DAN went & got me space heaters to keep my home warm.
Thank God my furnace was still under warranty & I'd only have to pay for labor.
I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS CO.
FAST! EFFICIENT! WENT ABOVE & BEYOND THEIR JOBS.
I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF CARE FROM ANY COMPANY!

Heise Heating got my furnace diagnosed ordered new parts and up and running with technicians Al -Nick both very knowledgeable and friendly took a video to show me what the problem was
Very reasonable price no hidden costs if you have heating or cooling problems I suggest you contact them pretty sure they are the best contractor around

Have had good experience with this company until this latest service to my A/c. (Previous experience include new Heil furnace in 2023, multiple follow-ups to that install and a/c cleaning, Generac issue)

Call was regarding my A/C not working, they determined coils were frozen and needed about 3 ish# of refrigerant. They recharged it and stated it was holding charge when they left. Was charged $600 for a/c- not functional 3 days later after the fix and refrigerant refill. Did not offer to rectify the situation free of charge, only to charge for additional service and refrigerant. (They did come out after I an emergency Sunday visit at no charge - We determined my refrigerant was completely empty when they came back) and when they pressure tested it, it leaked 1psi/min, slow but steady leak. I assisted in finding the leak inside the A/c unit outside. Unhappy about having the giant $600 bill for yet an unfixed a/c unit. Minimally I would have expected them to offer to fix their fix and stand behind their work. I guess I misunderstood what I was asking them to do? Guess shame on me. Live and learn I suppose.

Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere with future business. All of this on top of my daughter being born less than a week later (7/7/25). If I wouldn’t have had an extremely pregnant wife/ newborn I may have tried to work with them, but as the customer, I shouldn’t have had to. Bill below and picture of the inside of my ac unit 4 days after it was refilled.

Installation of new Bryant furnace today was done professionally, the area completely cleaned and Cross did a thorough explanation of thermostat and system.

Arrived on time and worked hard even thru the rain. My favorite part of my new central air conditioner is the fan is so quiet you don't even know it's running. Thank you service tech for adjusting the fan!!!

Hoffman Heating & Cooling were very efficient on coming out to our house when our furnace quit. Dave was able to get it working but we decided to get a bid on a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater due to being 25 years old. Larry stopped out to look things over and the next day he already had a bid for us. Our new Furnace and Water Heater were installed this week and we were very impressed with the installers (Cross & Caleb) The installation was done in a timely matter and Cross was very knowledgeable when we asked questions. They also cleaned everything up when they finished the installation. Thank you Dave, Larry, Cross and Caleb for making this experience a good one!!!
