Phenomenal; cannot say enough good about this plumber! Team of plumbers really… they support the community and I first came to know them way back when we still had a parade - so I called when my dishwasher flooded all over my kitchen due to poor do-it-yourself plumbing. They came very quickly and fixed the issue and brought everything to code. Called again when I needed a hose bib; very reasonably priced. Called when my hot water heater flooded my basement while I was on a business trip and they helped me coordinate remediate getting the flood damage and fast enough I could take a hot shower the next day! Such a feeling of comfort to have such a good, honest plumber in town. Most recently, I had them unclog the pipes and assist with a new toilet install. All their work is excellent!

The office is incredibly responsive (Brianna) and the plumber (Doug) did a terrific job. He is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and educates the homeowner on the work he did.

They came right away when I needed our water heater replaced. It was a blessing as we have a severe special needs child.
We also had them do a quote for our putting plumbing in the upstairs closet for laundry & gas. They gave us a fair price and more fair price then other plumbers and were very professional during the visit, and services. They left everything clean. We will definitely call on their services if we need them ever again. We had an issue with our electrician not showing we had lined up & they helped me find someone else immediately, to finish the project on time. We were very impressed overall and I am happy and definitely recommend them.

We called Harbor Plumbing to fix numerous items at our home. Called on Tuesday and they were able to come to our home the following Friday.
Doug came out promptly at 7:15 a.m. and fixed everything to our satisfaction. He was pleasant, efficient and took the time to explain things to us. We would highly recommend Harbor City Plumbing and Doug to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Called on a Monday - got here Thursday to replace two toilets. Replaced both shut-off valves first so the water was off for only a few minutes. While here fixed a bunch of other stuff that we hadn't mentioned when setting up the appointment. Harbor had given us a quote on the toilets over the phone and stuck to it. Doug - the guy doing the work - was awesome - took the time to explain everything along the way. Just last night we recommended Harbor to another curling buddy of ours who actually is looking for a plumber. (Scott Nelson is a long time curler at Milw Curling Club in Cedarburg.)

Great work from the team at Harbor City plumbing! Discovered my 17 year old water heater had sprung a leak. Brianna worked quickly to quote a replacement. Tom arrived with his crew and the new unit was installed same day. Great service from a great company in Port Washington. Thanks!

Doug was great and everyone at Harbor City is always amazing to work with. I called late in the afternoon about a small plumbing issue we were having and by the next day, Doug was out and had the issue resolved right away. I would definitely recommend Harbor City!

We called Harbor City Plumbing early one morning for a clogged toilet in my father's bathroom. He's been sick and it was very important to get the bathroom working ASAP. Not only did they take care of it within an hour or so, they did it with a level of kindness and generosity that made our lives just a little bit easier in a difficult time. They responded so quickly and treated us in a way that showed they cared about my dad, his comfort, and us as customers. Ive been using harbor city for all my plumbing repairs,improvements,& service work since they opened,always fast & proffesional,I wouldnt use anyone else,great local plumbers

Several weeks ago. My water heater decided to stop heating on a Saturday morning. I called Harbor City to inform them that I believe that I will need a new water heater seeing as my dead one was over 10 years old and to please give me a call on Monday morning. I received a call back on Sunday. The lady I was talking to was apologizing for not getting back to me on Saturday. Their phone didn’t show that they had a message. She offered to send their on call associate over that day but I told her that I have no problem waiting until they can fit me into their schedule on Monday. I was floored. I did not expect a call back on a weekend. My new water heater arrived and was installed Monday morning. I can not say enough about Harbor City. I have used them for many years for various plumbing needs. They are a phenomenal business and I highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out at 9pm last night and we had a new one installed by 9AM today! Even during the snowstorm. They were super nice, friendly and efficient. It was a great experience and we will be going back to them with any future needs.

We would definitely recommend to everyone Harbor City Plumbing! Caring, friendly people. Receptionist Breanna found a great plumber Doug hours after I scheduled an appt for Wed, and this was Monday. Doug came and unplugged our 1 toilet and I had a few questions, which he was very knowledgeable of!
After my husband and I discussed replacing our 20 yr old toilets, my husband called Doug, he then ordered the 3 new toilets! 2 days later Doug took out the old and put in the new! Harbor City Plumbing did a great job on my bathtub install. They explained the whole process before they started and cleaned up before they left. Additionally, the arrived the date and time they said they would. I would recommend they to any of my friends or family.

I had contacted Harbor City Plumbing because I had a shower/tub where the hot water pressure was low, and there was a terrible screeching sound. Doug explained it was the cartridge & old spout that were the problem. He replaced them and it works great now. Doug also showed me what to watch on the water heater- it does need to be replaced. So I will be calling Harbor City in the near future to have this work done. Thank you so much.

Our kitchen sink plugged up two days before we would be entertaining guests. Harbor City Plumbing to the rescue! Even though their schedules were full, they worked us in the next day and Zach was able to replace a plugged cast iron pipe in our 160-year-old stone farmhouse, and we were back in business. I highly recommend Harbor City's professional workmanship and responsive service.

Harbor City has been our "go to" plumbing company since 2013. On Christmas Eve Day we found ourselves in need of a hot water heater replacement. Our call was returned within an hour and they were able to send a crew out that day!! We had a new hot water heater installed by evening that resulted in a hot water Merry Christmas.
