Very poor bookkeeping. Many times cleaning was inadequate. Very inflexible as to day of cleaning. I finally found another cleaning service.

We called Tracie's Cleaning Service to come over to clean a horrible spot we had on our carpeting. She was the only company to respond after reaching out to two others in the area. She immediately sent me a text to try to schedule a time she could look at it between other houses she was already cleaning that day.
