Jason is a local HVAC gem! Out of all the HVAC people I talked to about our furnace he came off as the most trustworthy and honest. We got a very reasonable price for our new furnace and install.

J McHugh was extremely professional and friendly. My wife and I asked a lot of questions and he answer them all. Just a very nice guy and was cheapest service we found.

Highly recommended! Called during a cold weather heat outage and they were able to come out the next day (after 3 other “biggies” couldn’t do the job) and install a new furnace. Great communication, professional service & very knowledgeable. Don’t let the lack of reviews sway you.. not all of us are Techies!!!

I needed a full system replacement due to changes to my house. Working with Jason was a great experience, he looked into my issues with my current system and recommended a few additional changes besides the new heating and cooling system. An air return was added as well as a whole home humidifier to address low humidity in the winter. I highly recommend!

Jason installed a new furnace in our home and did an amazing job from start to finish.

We had a heater in our garage that stopped working, and the technician (Jim) came out and fixed the issue in no time flat! He was on time, courteous, professional and an all around nice guy! Prompt, Kim who scheduled the service was so cheerful and kind! Jim arrived at the time scheduled and took care of the annual a/c service efficiently and explained everything to me. This is the third year I have been using HoneyCreek and highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

I have an Empire wall heater that is 30+ years old in my back bedroom/office that stopped working. When looking for service, the first thing I learned is that many heating businesses don't work on this type of unit. HoneyCreek did, and after checking online reviews, I contacted them for service. They were able to fit me in VERY promptly (just a few days!) and also mentioned that they'd send one of their more senior techs since the unit was an old one, potentially needing replacement rather than repair.

Their tech, Jim, arrived on time and was friendly, informative and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly (pilot out) and then explained all the factors that potentially go into causing that issue--it's not as simple as relighting with a match! He also advised me regarding parts/repairs if the problem recurs vs potentially replacing the unit due to its age. He was clear and thorough and I'm quite satisfied with both the service and the information I received. I'll definitely call these guys again for this type of work.

We were very pleased with the service provided by HoneyCreek. We had a preventative maintenance visit scheduled in October where they found the 23 year old furnace was not going to make it another winter so we scheduled a furnace replacement.
The cost was less than we expected and they included the preventive maintenance fee in the new furnace price as well as mailed in a rebate for us for WE Energy.
Technician, Alex, did a great job explaining the multiple different furnace options they provided. They offered to install the next business day which I was impressed with! They also offered to provide us with space heaters during the downtime.
When James came to install, along with Alex, they got the job done in less than four hours. They also helped with putting a chimney cap on. They were on time and cleaned up everything. They also installed a new eco-friendly thermostat and went over it with us.
The next day, they followed up with a personal email to check that everything went well. Overall, I would highly recommend HoneyCreek Heating & Cooling! What a fantastic local business!

Jim arrived early to do spring maintenance on my a/c. After checking everything over, we had a problem with the thermostat control not recognizing the system. After a few phone calls and lots of time passing, he went over the system again. He happened to find a loose wire that caused the problem.

Not once did he give up and stayed until he found the problem. He was professional and courteous! Makes me glad I chose Honey Creek for my heating and A/C!

We called about our air conditioner on the blink and the administrative person on the phone surprised me by saying they would have someone out today. It is a Friday and she did not want us sweating it out over the weekend.
She told me that someone would text when the tech was 25 minutes away. That happened and he was here in the allotted time. The whole process took less than three hours. Very impressive.
Brad, the tech was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
We will definitely use them again!

HoneyCreek services was great, I would highly recommend to anyone in the area! Their prices are reasonable, they are able to schedule service quickly. I have had Alex do my furnace tuneup, and had Brad do my AC tuneup, they are both very respectable and a friendly people. Thank you, Honeycreek for being an honest company. Had problems with my central air when it got close to 90 degrees outside and Honeycreek came out the same day for repair. Turns out the compressor went bad and we decided to replace the whole AC system. Brad and Ryan performed the install a few days later and were extremely courteous and clean, and after they left, you couldn't even tell they had been here. Quick turnaround and lifesavers, as it was 83 degrees in our house. They did a great install, answered all my questions, and things are working great again. Everyone from the installers to the office were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Quality boiler and system components at a fair price. Very customer service oriented.

Alex was phenomenal! We had an emergency with no heat in the negative temps. We do not have a basement so our pipes were pretty close to freezing which would have been a disaster! Alex came out and took a look and fixed the problem ASAP! Thankful for them!

From scheduling to service and payment, the entire process is smooth and seamless. Every person we have encountered from office staff to technician and owner have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt.
