Craftsman Exteriors did an excellent job on replacing our roof and it was done very professionally and in a timely manner. When they were done everything was cleaned up and nothing was left behind for us to pick up. We would certainly recommend this company for anyone looking to have their roof replaced!

Scott was great to work with. The team showed up in the morning, and was cleaned up and gone the same evening. Afterward I spoke with Scott regarding a minor (primarily cosmetic) oversight, which will be revisited as necessary.

From the initial meeting with Scott and his presentation to the excellent installation by Rick & Jason (during the coldest week of the winter), we couldn't be happier. Windows look great & the house is warmer (:>).

Scott and his team were great to work with! They are very responsive and answered all of my questions and walked me through the process before finalizing the work order. They showed up to my home on time and replaced my roof in a day. They cleaned up after themselves to ensure there were not any nails laying in the yard/driveway. Good luck trying to get in touch with this company! I spoke twice with the young woman who answers the phone, and additionally completed their online form. Three separate contact attempts over several weeks. If you value good customer service and reasonable response time, look elsewhere!

Working with Craftsman Exteriors has been a great overall experience. Scott was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Communication was always very timely - from in person estimate, all the way to project completion. His roofing crew was swift, tidy, and paid great attention to detail.

The crew went the extra mile to make sure things were done well, even coming back on Sunday to finish the job. I would definitely recommend Craftsman Exteriors to anyone looking for roof replacement. My roofing experience was excellent from beginning to the end. I was given an outstanding price because I had an estimate with 3 other roofing companies and Craftsman Exteriors beat them all hands down. I was still skeptical because of the price and met with the owner of the company. From there he let me pick my Corning shingle color, pick the date that worked best for me and followed up each step of the way including giving me pictures of any problems I had with my roof and the finished roof since I was out of town. Best roofing experience I have ever done!

Craftsman Exteriors are excellent. They put facia and soffits all around our 1960s split level home and we are so pleased with the results. Everyone on the team really knows what they’re doing and we are already contracting with them for additional work on our home. Highly recommend this company.
