To be able to do other things prior to him coming. Have a great attitude and it turned out. I have not given enough information to the office, but he walked us through everything pointed out a couple of things and super knowledgeable and so professional.

Jeff did a great job installing our new water heater. He was quick and left behind a very clean looking install and clean work area. He was very patient while helping sort out a billing question late on a Friday. Very professional and friendly!

Kevin did an excellent job tuning up and cleaning my AC. He’s very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. He also adjusted the fan settings to improve the airflow and gave me helpful suggestions for achieving a more balanced room temperature. Great service and very professional!

Had a new A/C unit installed by them today. It was an excellent experience, very professional team, seems like excellent work, great communication throughout install job, scheduling, and quoting. Kevin C and his coworker Jimmy were clean, professional, and did great work!

Todd H came to inspect our furnace to be sure it would operate well all winter. Todd is very personable, very organized, and his many years of experience show. The check up was very thorough. I trust Todd completely.

He will make sure the problem is corrected and answer all concerns and questions. Nick is my go to. You should request him for any heating cooling needs. If your a football fan, ask him about the Packers.

I purchased a new AC and furnace from Thielman. Jeff was great, right on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing step by step. They laid floor covering from my front door and plastic down every step to my basement all the way to where they were installing the furnace. I was so impressed by that, many companies just wear booties.. He explained the operation of my new thermostat as well. Overall, very pleased with the service from the first interaction with Dave through the installation with Jeff. Their pricing was also very competitive. Highly recommend!

This time we had our house replied. Replacing 50 yr old galvanized pipe with copper. Andy and Dave did the job. I have complete confidence in their work and it came in below the estimate.

Kevin P. was great. Accommodating to my work/meeting schedule, was in and out efficiently. Also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Also highly recommend as my dogs liked him.

Jeremy came out to inspect our unit to find out what was wrong after the company our home warrant company sent out was crap. Within 5 minutes he was able to find the problem. We set up an appointment with Dave for him to come out and give us an estimate for a new AC unit. We ended up getting a new AC and furnace. Dave contacted the office right away and 8 days later Juan and his crew made sure we have a new AC unit and furnace and love it. Will recommend this company to anybody who asks.

Gabe was our plumbing technician and did an excellent job for us. He explained every detail of what he was doing, and I had no trouble understanding what he was doing. He was both efficient and friendly. I like doing business with you!

Kevin did a check on my furnace. He was very knowledgeable, showed me what he did and gave me a tip to put a date on the furnace filter so I know when to replace it.
