Great help figuring out carpet and flooring estimate!!

Prices always seem a little higher than other places. We went in here to inquire about flooring and the appointment we made was very disappointing. My wife called and scheduled to speak with someone about possibilities; we just bought our first home and are fairly green in what goes into installing flooring. The sales rep was just plain unhelpful. The first thing we discussed was the fact that any flooring we wanted would not be ready for us for at least 6 weeks, which was too long for our timeframe. So instead of trying to help us in any other way, he just sat there and stared at us. When I suggested we look at materials anyway, he more or less scoffed it off. So we went to lumber liquidators and found everything we need that could be delivered in two weeks time. /rant

The entire Empower team was fantastic. They installed our whole house generator in 1 day. They communicated everything clearly and were very respectful of my house and even were nice to my kids.

Their work was top notch and super clean. Coming from a mechanical engineering background, I really appreciated the attention to detail and quality work.

Hired Empower Electric to come out and hard wire our pool heater. We were in a bit of a bind, and after explanation to them, they were over the next morning to help and get the job done. Work was done impeccably, and was completed in a very timely manner. After they left I was having a hard time to get my heater to function (a water flow problem, not even remotely electrical related) and one of the owners who has the same type of heater at his home came back out to my house to help me troubleshoot the problem. Definitely a place that puts customers first , and goes beyond to make sure you are taken care of. In a scenario where a lot of other places would try and take advantage and place surcharges or inflate pricing bc we were looking from prompt service, Empower came thru with honesty, integrity and left us with the feeling that they wanted to help us rather than just come do a job. Thank you for all the help.
