very good job, fast and very professionally done, called him on Saturday and he showed up on Sunday. He even dug the roots of the tree that was not part of the job. Highly recommend him and will do business with in the future.

They did a great job cutting down our two big trees and cleaned up beautifully! Price was very reasonable also. I definitely recommend!

Extremely pleased with everything Jim did on our job! Jim and Don worked like a well-oiled machine taking about 20 tall pines and a long row of lilacs out for us. Very accommodating for some last minute add-ons that we requested and pricing was very reasonable. We are already planning on additional work for these fellas and would HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Jim!

Jim and his two helper arrived and did an excellent job doing all the work we had discussed earlier. I had over 2 years accumulation of tree limbs laying around and they used their chipper, spread the chipping out over my composting area, and opened up the area for better access and viewing. Jim also did some additional tree trimming for me around my storage building and pathways into this area. I am very happy with the final results and the reasonable cost to get this accomplished. I therefore recommend Jim's services for any project you may have. He'll do a good job for you to. Give him a call.

Have had the service 2 years (roughly). Today owner texts that one of her employees called me and I didn’t answer so home wouldn’t be cleaned today. I said I didn't get the call and from here the text tirade starts. I, the paying customer is being told how wrong I am. Not in just one message, but she keeps its going then tells me to find another service. Service was fine – rate was a bit high, but performance was ok. Only challenge was multiple different staff (not sure why it was different people nearly each time). Other options in the area that are more cost effective and that have an owner that doesn’t berate their customer. I am sure case in point will be the reply she posts to this review.

They set up an appointment for an 12:30 PM in the afternoon and showed up at 9 AM. I asked how many people would be coming and they quoted me that there would be 3 people for the afternoon cleaning service for about 12 hours for a DEEP cleaning for my house of about 1300 sq. Ft., and I found that would be appropriate for the price. Only 2 cleaners showed up and worked a total time of about 7 hours. Quoted me $325 to $350 then charged me $350 for 7 hours of cleaning that we later checked and a lot of things did not get cleaned. Now that is $50 and hour for cleaning...........NO CLEANING SERVICE should rip off older people because they are of age. So now you know why I'm writing this review. They advertise a deep cleaning but in my estimate it was just a wipe and dust cleaning. Spritz with a lemon scented spray and wipe off.....
In reply to the cleaning service......I have it written down the time of 12:30 PM in my log book and that was from a phone call. I never received an email from you. As for the cleaning I have read that deep cleaning should cost about $225 to $250 for a house. Come on now $50 an hour per person for cleaning. How stupid do you thing people are.....You have never even given me a receipt. You never even gave me a written quote. All you did was take the check and RUN.....

I use Vicki and her team to clean my projects after we do remodels or new construction builds and they do an absolutely amazing job I’d highly recommend them to anyone

Pure Country Clean does a great job for a great price. They are wonderful with my dog and even let her out for a potty break. I love coming home from work to a great smelling house that is pet hair free, including the furniture. They even clean the top of my fridge, a place that is often forgotten about. Vickie's 2 person crew came out this week to clean the kitchen, refrigerator, oven, bathroom including all cabinets, sinks and drawers. The house is being readied for sale and everything else was already done. Yesterday I double checked everything and they totally missed the bath vanity inside, drawers and under sink cabinets. They were filthy. I messaged Vickie and sent the photo. Her response didn't help this reviewer change my mind about their poor performance. The photo is a sponge where I did one swipe of the bottom of the cabinet and one drawer slider. I cleaned it myself. No time for do-overs. That said, their other work was quite good. I suggested she institute a checklist for her crew where on checks the others work. Then, this mess wouldn't ever happen again!

We had a deep clean of our cottage, which needed a major refresh. Vickie's A team came and scrubbed from the ceiling to the floor, including all fixtures and even under the couches. The team was professional and hard-working, making sure to address everything. Thank you so much for the excellent work! We'll definitely use your services again.
