I have only great experience with this company. They keep their appointments and are on time. They solved any plumbing problems we had over the years and work very fast. All their staff that came out are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and they don’t leave behind a mess.

Had water heater that was leaking and they came out, gave me a fair price and replaced it within 24 hours. Have used a few other times and have never been disappointed.

Vince sent Curt, who arrived on time and ready to go. He was professional, to the point, and worked efficiently. Afterward, cleaned up like you'd never know he was there. Overall a great experience and beyond a good value.

Had them out to solve a fairly major drainage issue. Vince did a great job of communicating on timing and pricing, the guys were efficient, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend.

DO not do business with this contractor. They came and looked at a pipe that burst on the outside of our home. The labor took 15 minutes at most. The part is worth $5 retail. They charged me $250 for 15 minutes of labor and $40 for the part. Would not recommend.

We were having a plumbing issue in a house we had just purchased and Vinnie was quick to resolve it as well as educate me on exactly how our house was set up. Thanks for great customer service!

I called the week before Memorial day to schedule an appointment to get an estimate done, guy on the phone was very rude and rushed the phone call. he said he would call back the Tuesday after the holiday weekend. no problem. he never called, i called them Wednesday and once again he was rude on the phone and tried to say he would call me the following week. i told him he was supposed to call me the previous day, then of course he said oh..... we scheduled an appointment for Friday June 3 at 745 in the morning. i was at home waiting until 8:30 am Friday morning and no one showed up! i called and once again guy on the phone was very rude, i told him no one showed up and he put me on hold...over 8 minutes on hold...im done! this place will NEVER get my business.

Still trying to understand how someone can be charged $175 for a 30 minute stop and zero work was completed. He flushed my toilets, ran the sinks and then cut an unnecessary hole in the ceiling looking for a leak that was never found. Couldn’t be more unsatisfied. I wrote them a letter along with my check and never heard back. They certainly won’t hear back from me again.

I made the mistake of not only being a horrible chef but also clogging my kitchen drain with said crappy pasta.

Ingrilli Vince and Sons were great. I called them up late at night and got a call back within 15 minutes. Tom came by and was able to clear out the drain in no time. They were courteous and great at communication. Really appreciated them helping out in a bind and will look to use them in the future

I found VIP plumbing after IHN plumbing tried to gouge me. Since I was working on a quick time frame Vince jumped on it right away and did the work and saved me 7 grand. I kid you not, this actually happened! Vince was a total professional and I would absolutely use him again. I normally don't also write reviews but this team of plumbers deserved it for sure!

Have to agree with the other comments here and should have looked sooner. We should have gotten estimates but were time-crunched in the sale of our home and needed a palmer valve "unstucked." Long story short, I believe they spent less than 45 minutes total completing the work, yet somehow arrived at 2.25 hours of labor, and charged me $360, which includes ZERO materials. From what I've been able to find, unsticking a Palmer valve generally costs less than $100. I don't think I'll ever be calling them again for my home or my Tosa rentals.

Curt was professional and honest. Fixed my issue and said I didn't need a new toilet ( I got one anyways because this one was old!!) We have used Vince and team for years and always pleased with their work. And most importantly, I trust them!!

I recently went through a remodeling of my kitchen and called on Vince for my plumbing needs. They installed my new sink with disposal, adding a gas line as I converted from electric to a gas stove, rerouted and upgraded my water line for my Fridge and uninstalled and reinstalled my dishwasher. They even made arrangements to come out on a Saturday when I had my countertops installed on a Friday just so I didnt have go through the weekend without a sink. Very professional. Very knowledgeable and excellent service. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Charged me $4500.00 to fix a clogged toliet. I am elderly and on a fixed budget. I had to borrow money to pay them and I had to sell my house after they came over. Avoid them unless you are a glutton for punishment. Vince seemed very greedy when I spoke to him about a payment plan. He wanted it now or else. Gods wrath will come to this business by the power of Jesus Christ.

Vince was great to work with, communicated very well, and was very straightforward and honest throughout the process. His team was also very flexible with working around my time restrictions. I’ll be using them again moving forward and would recommend them to anyone in the Milwaukee Area!

You don't understand how important hot water is until you don't have it. Our hot water heater was leaking and Vince and his team were able to order a new heater and have it installed right away. From the polite receptionist who treated my situation with the utmost importance (on a Friday afternoon), to Vince himself calling me to explain all of my options, to the technician who walked me through the process, I could not have been more pleased with the service offered by Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing. I highly recommend them for honest service and will use them for any future needs.
