By far the most helpful staff we have encountered in our bathroom remodel process. The salesperson was a tile expert and answered all of our questions about what tile to use in our bathroom. Very knowledgeable.

My husband and I came in to look at a bathtub. A few days later we ordered a bathtub, sure..And then we ordered everything including a kitchen sink. Literally. Customer relations goddess Franziska Burkhard had such enthusiasm for the products Gerhard’s represents, and such an incredible knowledge of those products that our comfort level went through the roof as opposed to trying to figure out what to buy online. I swear, if they sold cars and giraffes at Gerhard’s, and Franziska was in charge of selling them, we’d be building a zoo and new garage right now. Super fantastic product line and truly, in Franziska we had the absolute best sales experience imaginable. First rate all the way!

Tonya Huss was SUPER helpful in guiding us to pick out a touch activated faucet for our kitchen. She was very knowledgeable about the options and helped us to pick one that will work for our needs and kitchen design. I am planning to get another faucet and sink for our cottage in the future and will definitely be using Tonya's help again.

Stopped in today after going to Menard’s and Home Depot over the weekend. Tonya was so wonderful and knowledgeable and immediately made me feel at ease with my purchase. I highly recommend stopping here and forgo the big box and internet search to save yourself both time and frustration! I’m so excited for my new faucet to arrive!

I worked with Cheryl at Gerhard’s Silver Spring Drive store. Selections were new quartz countertops, sink, cabinet hardware, faucet, disposal, drinking water faucet, tile backsplash and new buffet with quartz countertop.

Cheryl made the process very easy. She simplified the mind boggling decisions of what goes together and is a delight and fun to work with. She spent a lot of time helping me narrow down the selections. Cheryl also worked hard on the buffet design. In the end, I was able to get the buffet I was looking for with with a beautiful quartz countertop, pullout shelves that fit my oversized appliances and lots of extra cupboard space.

One of my main concerns, was that the kitchen would be torn up and out of commission for too long. The buffet installation and countertop removal were done it one day, and the countertops went in on day two! The process took only three days of work from beginning to end. When Cheryl needed to help expedite the process, she stepped in and worked her magic to speed things up!

Cheryl was wonderful to work with and I was able to receive the beautiful kitchen I envisioned!

On a whim, I stopped in at a Gerhard’s (Whitefish Bay) to discuss kitchen and bath projects that had been running though my mind for months. After speaking with Cheryl Cincotta and her team in a relaxed, friendly and no-pressure atmosphere, she embarked on a research program which yielded for me genuinely delightful and innovative products at a substantial discount over list. Highly recommended!

She designed the remodel for our kitchen and bathroom a few years ago
and did a great job. Went from the 1970's to a beautiful modern look. Now that my husband and I are looking at purchasing a new home Cheryl will be there to design our new kitchen and we are so excited.

We tried to obtain a hard-to-get Kohler cast iron enamel sink for our kitchen. We first tried a "big box" home improvement store. After delivery of 2 defective sinks in a row, we contacted Kohler directly and were referred to Gerhard's. We worked with Tonya and couldn't be more pleased. She was efficient and very personable! Suffice it to say we are very pleased with our new kitchen sink and the service we received from Gerhard's!

I just stopped in one day to look at what they had for products and ideas and I was sold. I hadn't totally committed to a bathroom remodel until I started working with Tonya. She was awesome and she completely understood the look that I wanted. I am not a decorator, in any sense of the word, so I felt so fortunate to find her. She's smart, creative, friendly and so easy to worth with. I highly recommend you stop in and ask for her. You won't regret it.

I had a fantastic experience with Christopher on my kitchen renovation. He is a great, detailed communicator, very knowledgable with nice suggestions, and overall made working together feel seamless. I love how my cabinets turned out and Christopher really helped make what I had in my head come to life. I would highly recommend working with him and Gerhard's.
