This is the second year I’ve had Dave check my airconditioner. He was prompt, professional and a reasonable price. I would recommend and will use again.

Dave and Travis did a great job replacing our 13 year old residential system with a completely new system. Dave arrived within 30 minutes of the initial service call and we had a new system installed the following day. We’ve used AAA since we bought the home. Great company and have always had great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend AAA.

Carl Winners and AAA Air Conditioning is first class service all the way. As usually happens with AC issues, it was a last minute call for service. Not a problem for this company; Carl promised to take care of it first thing in the morning. He also set an exact appointment, NOT a window of time requiring me to sit and wonder just when the company might get to me. Best of all was the extremely rapid trouble-shooting and problem solving processes. Nevertheless, Carl still took the time to show me the source of the problem so I could understand what he needed to repair. I very much appreciated that. Then if that wasn't enough, he explained all my future options given the age of the unit, citing the pros and cons of each, as well as costs involved. I was very impressed. In an industry filled with companies looking to take advantage of people it was a HUGE relief to know Carl and trust my recent work to AAA! Carl, Dave and their employees are professional, responsive, fairly priced and worked with me to recommend a much less expensive solution versus replacement of my A/C. After receiving a quote from another company for 4 times the amount AAA charged for the exact same services, I felt taken advantage of and exploited by the other company. I highly recommend AAA Air Conditioning for any repairs you might have. I called Carl at 8:00 a.m. and his guys had my A/C up and running by 12:30 p.m. the same day. They are very Professional, Responsive and the repair charges were way less than I was expecting. I’d give AAA a 10 star review.

I personally have been using this company for years, and was sad to hear the owner Carl passed recently. Honestly things could have gone a lot smoother if people just communicated. I emailed new owner to just leave the old unit on site as I planned on scrapping/salvaging it. My brother notices it was gone and they told him their guy had picked it up. Of course he was livid. Says the guy is bringing it back, but then leaves for an hour to go get it himself. The owner didn't convey that to them but he said it was on the service ticket. So no excuses they should have known. The guys finish up and are ready to leave and waiting for me to show up and pay them. When I get there I notice they haven't replaced the thermostat that was clearly part of the estimate. He says my bad and that I didn't need one. Just laziness. Do you really think that I want to keep a dated 25 year old thermostat? It only took about 5 minutes to replace. Also is it necessary when one guy is downstairs installing the thermostat that the other guy needs to get back in the attic for some reason? If so, OK... I just don't know, my sus meter went off. That is my own experience. New owner may be adjusting and things can fall thru the cracks. Not trying to put anybody out of business, but I hope this helps. Wish them the best.

Best experience I ever had with any air-conditioning company in the city of Spanish Fort or anywhere else I have lived. Carl and his crew came early in the morning had everything installed in a short period of time .Everything worked properly the first time out of the box with no setbacks .Carl's crew was clean ,courteous ,friendly and very knowledgeable .The price was just where I needed to be for a complete heat pump replacement. I have 4 dogs that are heat sensitive. Carl took measures to ensure our comfort until our appointment . Which was only a couple of days later. These steps ensured the comfort of us and our dogs . Thanks to Carl and his crew for taking such Great Care of us !!!! We will everyone we know !!!! Update; had an issue with my air conditioner stopped cooling, called on a Sunday told him not to even bothered to come on out until Monday. It was cool thank God call sent out two young men I believe they adjusted and Jason they did a great job they found the problem right away unfortunately due to the problem that happened, I was completely out of gas so they had to refill and recharge The unit hey got to do what you Gotta do. Solid experience. Called and left a voicemail and got a return call within 5 minutes. With my permission I got the tech at my front door in 30 minutes after explaining what is going on over the phone. I had a quick question on a cost for the visit and the rep had no problems answering. Once here Austin and Jacob hopped in my attic and found my blown out blower. They ran tests and checks and let me know what they found and recommended. Quickly had the correct part on hand and did the full work. My house was not blowing air out of the vents and they fixed it quickly! Thanks AAA Air Conditioning Team for the help.

Please read review to fully understand quality of AAA Services: In October, Cooling went out. Contacted Hansen to try rectify the issue. Not only did they charge me a $25 fee to come out, but also $350 to conduct a leak test. I have been hoodwinked before, but we were desperate as we were having a party that night. Needless to say, Hansen informed me that the Thermal Control Valve and Evaporative cooler were defective and there was no way to fix because of a large leak....$4500!!! I of course i did not oblige to the service. Later we were recommended AAA. Immediately Dave came out to assess, hooked up his leak detector for $75 and could not find a significant leak and recommend to pump a sealer/leak dye in system. Was very up front and honest and did not try to swindle our family. These guys are professionals and actually explain the process. He could not guarantee the sealant would work, but informed me there is quite a success rate in fixing many of these issues. $350 later I have cool air. Glad I didnt spend $4500. Please call Triple AAA. They do not B.S. you, rather provide honest and on-time service.

Highly recommend AAA Air Conditioning! They replaced our downstairs unit 5 years ago and did another great job today when our upstairs unit failed a few days ago. Always reliable in case there are issues with equipment after the installation.
