I have an older Trane system. I know it is older than 16 years (that's when we bought the house). This weekend the inside unit completely went out and I was expecting to need to replace it. Dave came out and checked it. It just needed a new motor. I am almost positive another company would have tried to sell me a new system. So for a little over $700, I am up and running again.

AAAir was here in less than an hour, my thermostat reading 88 degrees, it was fixed quickly- and he was on his way. This has been my go to company for six or more years . Fast , honest, polight and always affordable!

I highly recommend AAA Air Conditioning! After another company came out and couldn't fix the problem and tried to sell me a new HVAC system, I called AAA. Austin arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in less than an hour. A+ service!

Dave is/was and will always be excellent!! He was on time, polite and took his time. Dave is seasoned to the point he knows what the AC unit should sound like!! Very impressive!!! He knew what was wrong within 15 minutes and walked to his supply truck and got what was needed and replaced part. (capacitor) AC up and running and house is already cooled. Very reasonable with price! I’m one happy girl! Thank you Dave! You are top notch!!! AAA AIR Conditioning will always be my first call!!

I could not have asked for a more personable repairman. Dave was very knowledgeable, was not in a hurry and did the right thing and now my air conditioning is working 🙂. The price was extremely reasonable and he was fair and honest. I called mid-morning today and expected to be put on a wait list with the heat and all that could be going wrong with air conditioning units this time of year. But, he said he would call at a certain time today and he was right on time with the phone call and very efficient.

They are my go-to A/C guys. Any time I have had an issue they were there in a timely manner and I have never been overcharged for a service. Hansen tried to charge me $10,000 for a new unit. Scared me into thinking I had no choice. I called Dave and 1 day and $300.00 later my A/C was fixed and has worked great for 3 years. I had another issue over the weekend, and it was fixed 1st thing Monday morning at a low fee. They are dependable, honest and trustworthy. Make AAA your go-to as well. You will not be disappointed.

Dave's team came out to inspect and clean a system before we moved into the house. They brought new filters and cleaned the coils so that we don't have allergy issues after moving in.

Great work. Saved me more than half compared to other compressor replacement estimates. Dave is always easy to work with and Austin showed up on time and efficiently completed the work. No surprise add-ons or other typical nonsense. I’ve used AAA for three years and recommend them every time someone asks. Outstanding service and trustworthy people.

Dave is the only person I will let near our AC units. He provides service and installed a whole new system for me at an affordable price. Removed the old system and installed the new one in the same day. Highly Recommend

Austin came out within an hour of my phone call to repair one of my units. He and Jay were very efficient, and figured out the problem quickly. They had the necessary tools, replacement parts and everything was done with excellence.

I highly recommend AAA Air conditioning and requested to be added on their schedule for a spring annual check up and maintenance visit.

They do outstanding work. On time, performed normal maintenance service and found a leak in gas valve that had been cut off by previous vendor, clearly communicated problem and plan. Completed work and prices were good for work performed. I highly recommend this HVAC Co!

Hembree Heating and Air has been working on our sites and they have done an amazing job! It was great to plan our project with Don. His experience cannot be hid. Josh is a great, honest and positive guy with beyond A plus customer service attitude. They go above and beyond for their customers. Their team has been clean and their work is wonderful!

Jay came out to service our AC unit in our upstairs bonus space. He was professional, honest and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our problem and had us up and running in minutes. He even offered great suggestions to make our bonus space more energy efficient and our AC unit work better for us. Will definitely recommend and use Hembree Heating and Air in the future.

Very responsive, friendly, and experienced. Jesse is the tech who did the initial assessment of our AC unit. He’s a nice guy who has a willingness to help. He answered all our questions and provided us with loads of information that will be helpful moving forward.

This is an update on my previous review. Today is 11/30/23. My original service date was 10/11/23. Jay came out and did a good job of identifying the issues and fixing what he could. I enjoyed working with Jay. We were given an estimate on additional repairs for which parts were required. The time estimate was 3-4 days. Since that time I have called the office approximately every 7-10 days. Never once has a proactive call been made to me to update me on the delays. I eventually was connected to Josh Hembree. Josh assured me this would be taken care of and they would order the part from other places. Even as recently as the beginning of last week I was told the part had been ordered from two different companies and should have arrived by the end of last week. I called again on Tuesday and was told Josh would call me back. I still haven't heard from Josh two days later. Yesterday I called Bay Aire and they arrived today as promised. They had the part on their truck (they didn't know anything about my unit ahead of time) and made the repair. My one-star review is based on a lack of professionalism and communication at the ownership level. Making a client chase after updates on a continual basis for what was blamed on a supply chain issue (that appears to not be real) and not returning calls as promised was a big disappointment.

Deanne the dispatch was attentive to our quick need! Jesse the lead tech and Drake the apprentice were great to work with. Great service and friendly, prompt and excellent job.
