Toni and Lucas came out to do our mitigation. They were on time, very professional and we above and beyond to explain the entire process. Their communication was impeccable and they answered any and all of our questions. They even to the time to explain what they were doing to my son (who has autism)… which meant a lot.

Nick and Hugo were the technicians that helped me with my house. Kaiser also walked me through the initial meeting and was very pleasant and helpful. The technicians were also very helpful and professional. Got the job done quick and didan awesome job w clean up. Thank you for a job well done. Had a flood in kitchen, family room, hallway, bathroom, and Living room. Called Insurance company immediately and they referred us to Servpro. They came out right away, with a wonderful crew headed by Jordan Greer. Jordan took over and kept us informed on everything. Most importantly, he was a calming effect for us with the aggravation of a flood. Everything he said he would do he did. We look forward to continuing this problem until it is completely fixed. We have Complete confidence in Jordan and his company. The first day they were here, each, and everyone on their team came with smiles., Kindness and knowledge. Our drying out part is now and we have had interaction with Christopher and Felicia. They have been so helpful and done their job to perfection as well as being extremely nice and friendly. We feel very fortunate that our insurance company sent us to Servpro of Buckeye/West Phoenix area.
