We contracted Crossroads to replace windows at our home. We paid a 50% deposit. They still have not responded to our calls for updates on the windows. It has been 4 months and no work has started on the windows.

They don't even answer their phone!?! The number they have listed goes straight to a voicemail and the voicemail doesn't even say anything about who you are calling, hours of service, nothing! Answer your phone!

I was trying to Google a company to paint my house and I stumbled onto Crossroads Home Improvement. I had no idea that there's paint coatings that can last a lifetime and it will also deflect heat! I think this is a must have for Arizona houses.

It has been 5 months since I signed the contract and given my down payment. I have called many times and getting no answers.

One of the biggest advantages I’ve noticed is the reduction in outside noise. The vinyl windows provide excellent insulation, making my home quieter and more comfortable. Additionally, they are easy to clean and maintain, which is a huge plus for someone with a busy lifestyle.

Mychelle was an excellent phone representative for this company she knew what she was talking and answered every question I threw at her. If it was any other person I don't know if I would of got the service. Also workers that ce.oit did a splendid job on my house. Thank you CROSSROADS for taking good care of my house while working g on it.

I contracted with Crosswords in January 2025 with 50% deposit for a sunroom. My sunroom has not even started. Try to get my money back. Ed, the owner, has been dodging me, and my phone calls about getting my deposit back . It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company!! If I could give them a -10, I would!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

I did my contract in April 22nd 2025 and in May I called to find out what’s going on, they told me to wait till end on June. I waited till end of June and nothing. I called June 27th and they gave me the run around. I went to there office and they acted clueless.I spoke to owner and he admit having problems with other customers and he would give me $1000 off. I told him cancel everything I want my money I put down. He told me he will give it to me, it’s been 2 weeks and he doesn’t answer me , he texted me promising to call back and never does He finally responded and called me and promised again to give me my money and he still hasn’t. Save your time and don’t do business with this company, the owner Edward is very dishonest.

We interviewed three companies for the remodel. Marie from Crossroads met with us and provided the options we were looking for. The remodel cost is very reasonable. The installation was completed during the holiday season which is a busy time of year for us all.

Crossroads Home Improvements has amazing roofers! Our existing roof was poorly repaired by another contractor so we had to call new ones immediately. They did a great job and our roof looks new. Great job!

These guys do solid work! Needed a remodel for my rental and these guys really came through. I had gotten a couple quotes from other companies, but they were hands down the most affordable. Plus, they were able to work with my tight deadline. Will definitely be calling them if I need work done on my other rental. Highly recommend!

Crossroads Home Improvement LLC has 0% communication, 0% work ethic, and -10 customer service! If you want a job done in a timely manner and done nicely do not hire this company. I could write a novel about this company, but I’ll try to keep it short. I hired them to install a covered awning and a pergola on the back of my house.
I signed a contract mid April and they assured me work would be done by May 6th. Our salesman told us it would take 2 to 3 days to complete the entire job. A few days before May 6th I haven’t heard anything from this company. I reached out and they stated that a beam that is needed for the job was not ready, understandable, but reach out and let me know!
Supplies finally arrive at my house on June 4th and work didn’t begin until June 11th after 2 days of work they weren’t even 50% done. All of this is done with no communication from the company! I come home from work on June 23rd and there are posts where they’re not supposed to be. They changed my plans without even letting me know, drilled into my concrete and pool decking.
I am furious. I reach out to the project manager he and the owner are at my house that night going over everything assuring me it’ll be correct!
Over the next few weeks, no one shows up to work on the project! After months of dealing with this company, I filed a complaint with the ROC and they FINALLY finished the job on July 11. My support beams aren’t lined up, off a few inches but I can live with it because I just wanted to be done with this company and them to be off my damn property.

Terrible experience with them so far, signed a contract on July 11th to have to my back patio and concrete slab installed, the contract states the project will start in 3-4 weeks. I haven’t heard from them since they did the site inspection in early August, which was already past the 3-4 week start time the contract states. They were very quick to take half the total cost for the down payment, but aren’t doing anything to get any work started. It’s now September 2nd and still no communication on their end what so ever. The only positive in this entire ordeal is dealing with the salesperson Scott Griffith. He's been very professional throughout.

Terrible service and no communication from them at all. Signed a contract with them in February to put windows in my patio room. It's nearly the end of November and no information from them at all. Gave them almost $4000 down payment. I've advised them to cancel the contract for non performance and return my payment several times. No response.

The paint is a good product that we will find out if it lasts like it says. Very disappointed with the people and the process. Said we're going to be here on certain days and never showed. My project manager even blocked my number for a week. They were supposed to be here last week but never showed up to fix some missed items. Very disappointed with this company!

I didn’t physically have work performed by crossroads but I received a call almost every single week from Jeff their sales person. Each time I told Jeff, I was not interested at the time and wouldn’t be interested until the beginning of the year. He continued to call me and offer a free estimate Even after I told him I wasn’t interested. I finally had to tell Jeff to stop calling me, Jeff then hung up on me unprofessionally. Unless you want to be hounded each week from their sales person, I’d recommend staying away!
