Tim showed up today to check some cracks in my garage that had me concerned. I was worried I would have someone show up and tell me I have damage amounting to thousands of dollars whether it was true or not. Before he showed up, I already had an expectation of having to call atleast one other company for a second opinion and quote. Tim came out and was professional and honest. He explained to me the causes of the cracks, issues I should look out for, and how to mitigate future cracking. I was beyond happy to deal with a company that doesn't lie to make money doing unnecessary repairs! If you ever have an issue or concern about your foundation, give this company a call! We had unsightly cracks in our stem wall we needed repaired. Ram Jack of Arizona promptly came out to house, inspected the area followed by describing the repair process to us in detail. We selected Ram Jack since they didn`t try to upsell us on unneeded products or services. Everyone was very professional throughout the repair process.

After the repair, the crew walked us around the site to make sure we were satisfied with the repair and overall cleanliness of the area. We are very satisfied with the attention to detail of the repair and the professionalism everyone in the company we interacted with.

Brian from the company came over and did a great job. He explained the problem to us and walked us through the different steps we needed to fix the problem. They did a survey of the house to pinpoint the exact problem areas. The team that fixed our foundation was very professional and did a great job, including cleaning up when they were done

Ramjack fixed the sagging pier and beam foundation in our historic home. This isn't something anyone looks forward to doing, but the team at Ramjack made it as easy on us as they could.

Their communication was great throughout. They told us exactly what to expect, gave us firm timelines, and kept to them.

We were nervous about having to go through our original wood floors to do the repairs, but they worked with us to make sure we limited the amount of cutting we had to do, and were always happy to get on a call or visit our house again to make sure everything was set up correctly.

The team who came to do the work were great. They were friendly and they were even able to get the work done a little bit ahead of schedule.

We hope we never have to use them again (who wants to do foundation work twice?), but we're glad that we used them this time.

The service was excellent. Arizona foundation company told us we needed between 17 and 31,000 dollars of work without an architect review. RamJacks review confirmed we didn't need the work recommended by the other foundation company. $450.00 spent with this company saved us thousands of dollars.

Brian Patrick was very thorough in examining my home- inside and outside. He explained everything to me what he saw and what was the next step. After the engineer was at my home a report was emailed to me- Brian came back and went over the report with me. He recommended what needed to be done.
