We had a great experience with Ram Jack of Arizona (Straight Line Construction) and are very happy with the results of our project! Our project started on time and finished one and a half days early. The entire crew did a great job! Everyone that we interacted with were all very professional, friendly and informed as to what was going on. Communication from the Foreman, Victor Carrillo, and the Project Manager, Victor Mendoza, was excellent! Both explained everything to us when we had questions. We did not have to live in our house during the project and we felt that we could call either of them and have any questions answered and project updates given to us. During the project, they made calls to us to keep us updated. Our initial point of contact was Andrew Olson, the Foundation Repair Specialist. Andrew did a great job working with us from the beginning to the end of the project. He spent time explaining everything to us and what to expect. Again, communication was excellent! We felt that we could ask anyone who was working on the project a question and we would get a correct and informative answer. The work that was done on our project was, clearly, hard and physical work. The crew "got on it" and got it done! We don't think that they missed a beat! We would highly recommend Ram Jack to anyone in need of foundation repair!

Brian with Ramjack is the best. Very responsive to client needs. But I can’t say enough about the knowledge he has about concrete issues. Never trying to up sell you services that you don’t need. Fair and honest which is rare these days. I’ll be returning for any additional services I need in the future. I’d recommend Ramjack to anyone!

Ram Jack of Arizona recently completed needed stem wall repairs on our home's foundation. The foundation inspector/estimator Brian was very courteous and very knowledgeable, and the price he quoted was fair and competitive. All crew members on the job were courteous and professional, they arrived on time and finished the repairs in one day, and the quality of the work is excellent.

I was terrified when I saw this area dug out of my foundation. Got one estimate for $4400 from a competitor and that didn’t include tearing down the block wall so they could do the work. Andrew from Ram Jack offered a wildly different opinion: nothing’s wrong. He pointed out that it’s painted, and if I dug around the perimeter of my house I would find plenty of spots like that. He dug a little and showed me. He showed me where the cables are for the post tensioned slab and they’re way higher than that area. He said that’s just how it comes out sometimes when they pour it and the landscape people just cover it up with dirt and rocks. Thank you, Andrew, for saving me so much time, energy and worry! Always get multiple opinions folks!!!

Tim Schirra came out to my house in Verrado to look at what we thought was a foundational issue. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. While we were expecting an expensive repair, he advised me that what we really needed was improved drainage. He took the time to explain to me what I needed and why I needed it, and didn’t charge me a dime, even though he easily could have. Highly recommend.

Removed initial review due to threats of not doing the work they promised...which stayed true. Check YouTube to hear conversation. Told they work excavate down few inches, lay plastic, compact dirt on top and regrade, extend drain pipes all in "good faith" for poor work and dishonesty about warranty years prior...Reality moved rock put plastic down, took rock for other area to fake a grade. I was willing to pay for the job done right, but told a number of times the will do it for free "in good faith" because it should have been done with the 19k fix I paid for. Lessons...if there is no money exchange, nothing the ROC can do period. This is why they wanted to do it in " good faith" warranty only 2 years (minimum required by law with money exchanged for service):

I called RamJack after I noticed a couple of linear cracks in the floor of one of the guest rooms. To be honest, I researched and read about what could it be and how much would it potentially cost to repair a foundation crack and was a little anxious about it. Specially because some companies will suggest repairs when not needed . The day they showed in , Tim examined the floors and listen to my concerns and told me that no repairs were needed and the damage was minimal. The floor was fine and he even joked that he will be fired from the company if he would suggest repairs on my home. I will recommend without hesitation this company because of their honesty and friendly attitude.

Tim was wonderful! We had another company come out and look at a potential foundation issue and give us a bid of over $25k. A little tough to swallow we wanted to get a second bid. After Tim showed up and walked through with me I’m more confident in using RamJack for any potential issues. They are friendly and calmed a worrying mind down. Brian Patrick of Ram Jack said his crew would arrive at 9:30; they were exactly on time. The guys were polite, organized, and very experienced. Dave explained the entire process to me. I watched them work for a while. At one point Dave said that things are about to get really dusty; he suggested that I should go in the house for a while. I returned as they were finishing the project: they were happy to answer a few more questions and did a nice job cleaning up the area. These guys work incredibly hard and seem to be very proud of their workmanship.
