Being the weekend of Christmas, a slab leak was not something we were excited about. Sam and his team were great and very helpful in getting us dried out so we could celebrate the holiday with our family.

What a great save to a bad experience. The Servpro staff were professional, clearly explained everything, and left us feeling pretty good about a water leak and the aftermath that could have been much worse!

I recently had a leak in my kitchen from reverse osmosis filter and water spread into other rooms. Servepro’s response was quick and efficient. The damage was extensive and remediation was more than tolerable due to the staff’s consideration and accommodation to my needs as I could not move out. They salvaged as much as possible and protected my home and its contents carefully. They dealt directly with my insurance company saving me the hassle I sm now experiencing with the restorations, which Servepro was too heavily booked to do for me.

On Tuesday June 24, 2025 around 11pm at night we had a Plumbing disaster and nightmare that caused severe damage to our Master Bathroom and Family Room below. We immediately called ServPro to mitigate the water damage and they arrived at our home around 2am in the morning. They are by far the best Emergency Services Company around. They are extremely professional, pro-active and all of their employees were the best. To call out/shout out the names that I remember are Sam Olas (Project Manager), Shaun, Xavier Gutierrez, Juan Barrera, Another Juan, Elizabeth, Araya, Mario Cruz, Gilberto Aguillar, Marlene Filares and so many others. I cannot emphasize enough how great they were during an extremely stressful and nightmarish time. They are the best.

I have had a great experience with Servpro! Fernando, Luis, Genaro and Xavier have all been amazing. Their professionalism, communication, timeless and care in my situation made all the difference in the world!

I was extremely impressed with the entire process and level of professionalism of the entire Servpro team.
