Manager Sam was really helpful and gave me an honest quote. He dispatched technician Christina who arrived within an hour on New Years day. She cleaned up the water and placed fans where needed. She was excellent and completed the work in about 2 hours. I was impressed and highly recommend them.

First, they are specialists, at least two of them Matthew([the owner), and Josh are second generation in this line of work. Others might be as well. They use some laser systems to align the tiles so they appear very straight. I highly recommend them for tile installation/bathroom remodelling/countertops.

Matt and his team were professional, prompt and extremely helpful. I had part of my fireplace removed as part of the renovation and one of the men found the discarded pieces of brick and was able to rebuild the top section for me even though that wasn't part of the job. Then he created a mortar that exactly matches the 17 year old mortar. they cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving and came back for touch up work promptly. I will definitely use them for my next project.

Matthew, the owner, was doing a similar job for one of my neighbors, a bathroom remodel. He promptly came over to assess our situation. He promised a bid within a day and delivered on that promise.
