Workers in your company's truck grabbed the last available handicapped parking spot...They went in for lunch! What thoughtless illegal creeps! Not trustworthy in my book!

They did a great job for me removing trees in my back yard, that I thought would need big crane and very high cost. They romped the trees using ropes it was great I would recommend them.

Richard gave me a very competitive price for trimming six trees and grinding a stump. He told me he only has one crew and he works onsite with them. I like that because I knew I was dealing with the boss and would not have to worry about mis-communications between the estimator and the on-site supervisor - Richard does it all! He arrived on time and finished the job efficiently. I will hire him again.

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Stone Tree removal was hired by a neighbor this week to drastically prune a large tree on his property. Without asking or informing us Stone Tree piled the branches in our yard burying and breaking plants, leaving yard lights in pieces and a huge mess of small branches and twigs. Messages requesting the owner call me to make this right were not returned. So if you hire this company you better warn your neighbors on how they will be treated.

I have gone with Waraner several times for various tree trimming and stump removal projects. Recently had them thin out a monterey pine and remove mistletoe and dead branches from birch tree. All very well done and good clean-up afterwards too.

I'm not a customer, just an "innocent bystander". They were apparently hired as a subcontractor to trim a tree in front of a neighbor's house in Oakland. (They wouldn't tell me who the contractor was.) Their truck showed up bright and early (8:15 AM) on a Monday morning and double parked on our narrow residential street. My car was parked on the street in front of the neighbor's house, under the tree [a big magnolia that spread over the sidewalk and street].

They'd put up no prior notice of their work, or of the need for people to not park under the tree. Five minutes later, my neighbor shows up and asks me to move my car. At that point, there were no longer any parking spaces available on the street (it's just off College Ave., and "parked up" from 8 AM until 9 PM), so I had to come out in my slippers, move my care, and park a block and a half away. Perhaps needless to say, I was annoyed.

I called and left a message for the company. About an hour later, I got a call back from the owner, saying there had been a "miscommunication" between them and the contractor. Said it was "just a mistake." They admitted that if I hadn't been available to move my car, they would have had to drive their truck back to Walnut Creek and come again another day.

To my mind, this kind of "oops" is not something i'd like to see in a company I hired, and I sure won't call on them to work on trees on my family's property.

Local family business, absolute professionals with honesty and integrity true experts at their craft. Kim and Dustin are the best! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Dustin Waraner is a Bully and one of the rudest, self-righteous individuals I have ever dealt with as a previous Property Manager in Alamo! After a job he did on the property on Danville Blvd I called him about following up on his incomplete work and he literally started yelling at me and was unwilling to finish the job.
This was a few years ago but it needs to be said
and I would have no issue saying it to him in person!!!

I have Used the services of Waraner Tree Company multiple times. They have always been prompt, professional, and courteous. My husband and I have .33 acres of very overgrown land that Dustin and Kim have meticulously maintained over the last 4 years. You know how you can tell quality work? They sharpen their tools before use and clean them off after use. These people care about the work they do and the people they help.
