Jorge and his crew did a fantastic job with a trimming of our palm trees. Very professional, respectful of ours and our neighbors property. Highly recommend you consider them, as they are quite the pros, with insurance and clear knowledge of what they need to do. Top marks!

So impressed with Jorge and his men. We had to get 2 large palm trees removed in our backyard that was close to our neighbor's house and fence. They came on time with crane. They were very careful and thorough, extremely capable and professional. I would recommend their company in a second to anyone needing tree service big or small. They did an outstanding job and followed safe protocols.

Jorge and his team are skillful at what they do, flexible with my requests, and trustworthy through the process. On top of that, he offers a very competitive price. What more could one ask?
We have a 45-foot or so redwood tree at the cross of my backyard and the neighbors. Jorge and his crew were able to get everything cut down with speed and quality. They cleanup really well afterwards. They deserve at least a 10% bonus over the original project quoted price, with everything considered.

Tree Ops LLC had done a outstanding tree trimming at my home this weekend. George and his crew arrived on time as scheduled. They worked together in organized fashion providing tree trimming, backyard & front lawn clean up. While working, the crew paid attention to details and make sure not damage my property. Clean up after was super and efficient. George provided prompt reply to my service request and the labor charge was very reasonable in compare to many quotes I had requested. I am very pleased with the workers and the service of the Tree Ops LLC and would recommend to the community. It is hard nowadays to find reliable and reasonable price service. Thank you George and the crew for a superior service.

Showed up on time and went to work. Trimmed 6 Palm trees, a lemon tree and 6 crepe Myrtle trees… also all my rose bushes. The work was long overdue.(overgrown ) I’m thrilled with how nice everything looks. Next, some landscaping.

I have very old fruit trees planted probably in the late 70’s or early 80’s The crew did a terrific job pruning and cleaning out my plum, grapefruit, and apricot tree. They worked quickly and cleaned up the yard well

Have 11 Italian Cypress. Jose and crew did a great job making the tops all even all the way across at the level I wanted. (I can be hard to please , I have been told). They did a great job and also trimmed a vine that was out of control. Everything looks great! Also their cleanup was Great!

Ray, company manager, is very thorough in her expiation of services and really listened to what we wanted. And Albert/team delivered ! They executed the plan with no issues at all, did an excellent job in cleaning up all branches/debris before leaving too!

I had three palm trees, plum tree and tall plants cut and shaped. Albert and his crew show up on time and easy to work with. I am very happy with the quality of work by them.

I had an extremely large cedar tree in my front yard that was encroaching on telephone lines. They took care of it quickly and the cleanup left my yard looking better than when they started. Will use them in the future.

The crew (Martin, Jose and Antonio) arrived promptly around 9AM, I explained what the owner Albert and I discussed during the estimate and 5 hours later our mulberry tree had an excellent major league thinning haircut (photo attached)!

The estimate was very competitive (2 estimates were totally out to lunch), we were scheduled very quickly and most definitely highly recommend Timberline Tree Care services!

All crew (5) were in full gear, helmets and goggles and their truck and chipper were well maintained. They cones off the front of the house and expertly trimmed 3 large trees out front, a mature orange tree in the back and a troublesome tree on our side yard. They even checked with the neighbor about how much shade they'd be losing.
I will call them again next year for the rest of the yard.

Recently moved to Walnut Creek and have a large oak tree in our backyard that hasn’t been cared for in a long time. I called Timberland Tree Care and Ray returned all my calls and was able to fit me in their very busy schedule. Albert who is a tree expert was very prompt and professional and educated me about the whole process. I felt very confident about giving them the job after talking to Albert. Ray treated me like family too! On the day of the job, our whole family watched the process from beginning to end and we were extremely impressed with the quality and care of work for our tree, our property and our neighbors property and even the street where all the branches and limbs were taken to. The whole area where they worked was cleaned up! Wow! Our beautiful oak tree looks happy and healthy and most importantly isn’t a liability to our neighbors and our own house and the other areas of the street that it towers over. Thank you Ray, Albert, Joseph and Crew for your excellent work and customer service. Will be seeing you in years to come for the care of our oak tree.

Not the first time having Timberland perform a job and each time to include this last, the job was done well and exceeded all of my expectations coupled with the courtesy and professionalism of the workers. More than pleased with the outcome of the job. True experts of their craft.

Albert and the team at Timberland Tree Care are amazing. This is the fourth time I have used this company. I first hired them in 2015.

In total, they have trimmed 2 large/tall trees in our yard, removed two trees that were a danger to ourselves and our neighbors, pruned my beloved 80 year old orange tree, and most recently (2/28/2024) attended to our massive cedar tree. They actually reduced the weight of the tree by “thinning out” the huge branches. It was truly a transformation.

I am a long time resident of Concord, and have used different tree companies over the years. Timberland Tree Care has surpassed them all.

The whole procedure from start to finish, making the initial appointment, estimating the cost/contract, the expertise of the crew, the quality equipment, and swept broom clean upon departure, is so professional.

I will say it again, Timberland Tree Care is amazing!!!.
