I was shopping around for solar and came across a flyer at my house and decided to call Jessica Morales she was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable on moving forward with the project

I had several quotes from many companies and they had the best prices and still used the best quality like some of the most expensive quotes i received so im happy with them tbh lol

Sales Rep was attentive and always answered my questions. Customer service is great and really helped me save lots of money so even though im not the biggest fan of solar this company eased my concerns and with quality

Nothing but good things to say about Pacific Allied Group!!! We interviewed several solar installation companies and received many proposals - but PAG stood out from the beginning! From the design of the solar panels to the thorough and thoughtful analysis of my energy needs. Based on competitive pricing and superior product we made the decision to go with PAG - and very happy we did. We were kept informed throughout the permitting process and when finally ready to do the solar install, the crew showed up on time and ready to go. The solar panel installation was clean and while the equipment certainly takes up some space they mounted everything as unobtrusively as possible . Any problems, issues or questions were addressed immediately and with the goal of providing the best service and the best solar system for my needs.

although they weren't the cheapest company i got a quote from, i chose them because their customer service was quick and helpful. i really felt like they cared about my interests and if im happy with what i got. I really feel like they cared about me and the sales person was always answering my questions even when i know they weren't working so thanks PAG

Very poor customer service. They only are focused on taking your money and do not care about the customers needs. I had panels installed and there was no one to come out to my home and show me how to troubleshoot the system if anything goes wrong. You can never call to the office and speak to anyone. I do not live close enough to go to the office to go in and speak with someone. Do not do business with this company!

Marjorie was awesome from the very first phone call. She got back to me in a timely manner. She explained everything and if she didn't know an answer to my question she found out for me. She cared about my needs and not just selling a product. I will definitely refer her to family and friends.

I was so nervous when the summer came last year and for good reason ! My electric bill was $700 in one month!! Like what! So when deciding to get solar I did ALOT of research and found pacific allied group . My Husband and I were on the fence about going solar. Since it was all new to us we weren’t sure if we wanted to make this investment. As new home owners we wanted to save costs other ways. Raymond and Angie owner’s at Pacific Allied Group made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. We decided that going Solar was actually a very good investment for our family and we believe in this company. The process went smooth and we had no issues with PAG. I liked the fact that they were trustworthy and now 4 years later we are still enjoying our solar system. Seeing the results and savings I wish I had gone Solar sooner.
