The 3-4 weeks project seemed long but he had to re-mediate and renovate my unit as well as the unit below and water damages expose a great amount of hidden repairs behind the walls and under the floors in older built properties. Thomas suggested they be repaired and the costs added were reasonable market rates b/c it appears that he has good sources to work with so when he suggests a repair, it is clear to me that it is in my best interest to do it to preserve the quality and longevity of the property. Besides, who else to trust to repair than someone I already trust to complete this huge project.

I hope this never happens to me again but if it does, I know Thomas will be on my speed dial. I will absolutely refer him to any of my clients needing the same services as well.

Jocelyn was very responsive and provided tremendous assistance in my unfamiliar situation. She was understanding and re-assuring throughout the entire process. The cleaning performed was beyond my expectations. They were careful, thorough, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. When the job was finished, I was completely and totally satisfied.

The entire team at ServPro were there for us in our plumbing and flooding nightmare. Vanessa, Jocelyn and Thomas all were there to answer any of the numerous questions along the way. Ultimately they had to refer us to another company for asbestos abatement and they couldn't perform the final remediation and demolition but in the end they did everything they could to help us and were lightyears beyond the competition.

After a waterline leak they came out and immediately started to test and dry the areas showing moisture. They came back many times to check, monitor the equipment and to test for moisture. Their equipment was well laid out and did the job quickly and effectively. I’m in the const business and know that equipment can disrupt every day life but they helped in elleviate the issues. The Insurance company was the only issue in getting all the work completed. Thanks again Servepro of the Azusa/Covin

We had a water leak that we were unaware of until we noticed some mold around the wall in a coat closet. Servpro was called in by our insurance company and they quickly brought in drying machines and the removed the flooring and walls that had been effective. They were very proactive and vigilant in keeping up with the treatments of the mold and drying of the wood that had been effected by the water. They also completed the treatment & removed the equipment promptly once the drying was completed. They are very professional and friendly and prompt.

We recently discovered a pin sized hole in the piping of our fire sprinkler system causing floor, wall and ceiling damage. Our insurance company sent Roby from ServPro out right away. He was very professional and very polite. We felt very comfortable with him in and out of our home for the next full week. He and his team took complete inventory of the damage in order to report to the insurance adjuster. They quickly started the process of demolition and drying the water damaged areas so that we are now able to begin the remodel of our home. We highly recommend ServPro of Azusa/Covina if you should ever have a similar situation arise!
