The most important things about Serv Pro are their professionalism and competency. This is my second experience with them as my AAA condo insurance works with them. The office staff are courteous and fully knowledgeable and are responsive to any calls. The assessment and mitigation staff come on time and work in a timely way to assess and handle the situation. Appropriate emails are sent so it is possible to respond to AAA's requests for copies.
