I scheduled an estimate with this crew. Not only did they not make the time, they were a no call-no show. They tried to reschedule to almost 4 hours after the original window.

This business offers the best value for your money. They are prompt and professional and left the area, where I had a tall fan palm removed, cleaner than when they started. I will only use these guys for my tree and landscaping needs.

I recently purchased a property in Fallbrook that was VERY overgrown. Queretaro spent two days clearing out all the dead underbrush and reshaping my trees. They did an amazing job. Several of my new neighbors stopped to compliment the transformation. I couldn't be happier with their work.

WOW!!! it was like watching an Olympic team going for the GOLD. The professionalism and hustle, of the entire crew was exceptional. I saw this company cutting down palm trees must be about 20-30 of them) across the tree from my house every weekend working in the high 90 heat for about 3 weeks I stopped one day to ask if they could cut a limb off our tree that was hanging out over the very busy road we live on. The owner came to my house and gave me a price for all the work I wanted done. Very affordable. They came early this morning before traffic got too heavy. They set up and had the lanes of traffic moved over. All 10-12 of them were in place and when the light at the corner changed and there was a long break in traffic the huge limb was cut. The quick response, team work and hustle of everyone on the ground was incredible. Each person had a job and they did it with speed and accuracy. They were like a fine oiled machine. We asked that another tree be trimmed while they were there and they were able to accommodate us. This company is worth what you pay them for the job you hire them to do. You won't second guess your decision when you see them in action. I've also witness the work they have been doing across the street and that HOA must be pleased as well. 👍👍👍😊

These guys were great. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up more than they needed to. Our trees look great and we couldn’t be happier. Queretaro definitely went above and beyond and we’ll have them back out in a few yrs.

We had a huge pine removed and many other trees trimmed since it was long over due ! They did amazing ! They showed up on time and did a great job making everything look super clean after ! I will definitely be using them again for future tree work

We utilized their team to cut down two 50' ash trees that were on a retaining wall of our small side yard. They removed them very quickly, ensuring each piece was roped down so that it didn't hit our house and other structures. They even cleared our roof/rain gutters of all debris, cleaned up our entire yard prior to leaving the job, and chopped the large trunks down to firewood for us. They were the best price I found, and I will be utilizing them again for other tree services we may need!

Hands down a phenomenal Tree service company. Responsive on scheduling, showed up on time with a full crew ready to tackle our 15 palm trees. They were conscientious about ensuring they didn't cause any damage to the trees or the surround plants. The work on the palms was fantastic and thorough - they never looked better. Cleanup was great, they left the space better than they found it. Will 10000% use them again and recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Great Tree Stump Removal service in Fallbrook, CA! The stump was removed quickly and the area was left clean and level. Very professional and reliable service from start to finish.

Called Queretaro to remove 3 very tall, full trees from my back yard. They came promptly per our agreed schedule and got it done quickly and safely, they mulched everything, drilled and injected poison into the stumps and roots and cleaned up perfectly afterward. The owner Miguel Rodriguez returned about 6 weeks later to grind down the stumps and thick roots deeper down than I expected which was great. I feel the charges were very reasonable for very professional work. Miguel speaks perfect English and runs a polite, professional team along with well maintained equipment. He also was very knowledgeable about my tree species. I just took a leap of faith online with very few reviews for guidance. I'm happy to now be giving him a top review.

My wife and I especially appreciated when the team member asked if he would like for us to text us or ring the doorbell when finished since it was an 9a Sunday morning pick up.
I don’t know if many other companies would have the courtesy to ask that.
The process was very simple! Called three days ago. Sent pictures of our junk to get picked up (or a free estimate visit which we bypassed). Sent me a text with a 20-minute arrival estimate. Two-person crew showed up (again on time). Verified and pointed to our junk together. Received text for completion. We walked through together to make sure it was all taken and nothing extra was loaded. Asked if we were satisfied. Paid via Apple Pay. Done. 20 minutes total.
Will be hiring them again and definitely referring them to our neighbors!!
