They came to our shop to remove our junk. I called them and they came within one hour. Owner was super nice and they took a ton of extra trash for us for a reasonable price. I was visiting my elderly mom over Labor Day weekend & have been wanting to find someone to clear up her yard for a while. It had become totally overtaken with blackberry vines which made it impossible to go out & do any other type of weeding or yard work. I honestly was surprised that I was able to get a hold of someone on a holiday weekend, but so glad that I did. They did an excellent, quick & efficient job of clearing away all the blackberry vines & general weeds & totally cleared the area & hauled all the yard waste away. They transformed it from a thorny jungle to an open useable space in a matter of hours! I’m so happy that I can feel secure in my mom being able to safely use & navigate the yard again! Would definitely recommend them.

Eric’s Junk team were great! Very polite and clearly described the process before starting, there were no ‘hidden surprises’. I didn’t have to move anything around, he just grabbed the stuff that needed to go, and the rest stayed put. They are a local company for me and I appreciated his desire to service the neighborhood with a timely response and great service.

I have an old couch that was handed down to me, it's over a decade-old .I was in dire need to get rid of it, no thrift stores in the area were accepting couches at this time. I gave them a call and they quickly came to pick it up. When I mean quickly...I ran to the ATM & Kay along with Sebastián were already waiting at the door. I’ve had Junk Mode come by twice now to pick up an old washer/dryer and bathroom demo materials and Eric is a gem! He is always prompt, kind, extremely helpful, and he’s always willing to go above and beyond. He is my go to guy whenever we need anything hauled away!

Eric and his team were very thorough and thoughtful throughout the process of demoing and building close to 200 linear feet of custom fencing. Their team went above and beyond to make everything perfect! They even came back to make small adjustments at no cost. I would highly recommend eric and his team for any demo job or junk removal as well as fence building.

Arrived on time and even messaged 15 minutes out. This was after calling them the previous day for an appointment! Very friendly, courteous, and professional.
