We use them every year for maybe 7+ years. We change the color every year and they accommodate us every time. They are super efficient with communications, the install is perfect, and I mean perfect (otherwise it would drive me nuts seeing crooked lights) and if a light goes out they come and fix it. This is so easy and our house looks amazing with these lights and no ladders! Highly recommend them.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Julie did a great job gathering requirements and making a quote by line items so that we can choose what fits our budget. They were right on schedule and made sure our house was ready before our festival Diwali!! The installation crew was very professional and respectful of our house. Thanks guys!

The holiday like pro crew showed up early on the day they were scheduled to come out. They completed the job in one day. They stayed till it was finished and they made sure everything was cleaned up and no miscellaneous screws lying around on the driveway walkway.. Everything was clean, tucked away and level and straight just learning how to use the app Perfect my desired colors. I would recommend them for your house if you are looking for permanent lights.

This is the first year that we have used The Holiday Light Pros and what a difference from other vendors we have used. Arrived on time (within a one hour window!) and did a wonderful job putting up the lights. We are very pleased with their service and will definitely be using them again next year.

The Holiday Light Pros did an amazing job on our house! This was our first time using a professional Christmas light service and we couldn't have been happier. They were very responsive, extremely customer service oriented (Julie was amazing!), competitively priced, and very prompt. We had numerous problems with this project. I had chosen the multicolored icicles. The first team that came out to put them up put up the white icicles. I pointed out the mistake. They sent out a second team but the information I'd given the first team did not get communicated to the second team. We have under Eve Holiday light plugs that are on a separate timer from the rest of the house. They are set to go on at Thanksgiving and off January 1st. Having said that, the second team came out and plugged the lights into the plug near the front door and set up their own timer. This had the effect of having the lights on all day and off at night. A third team came out to correct this one, but I have to tell you I'm very frustrated with the lack of internal communication. At the end of the day I can tell you it was worth it. We have beautiful lights up that go on and off as planned but be prepared at least the first time you set this service up for a lot of frustration.

We love our permanent lights!! After having multiple consultations with a few different permanent lights companies, we decided to go with the Holiday Light pros, and we are so glad we did!

First of all, Todd is amazing, he's super knowledgeable and patient - he answered all our questions with such honesty and sincerity that we didn't get from other companies. You can tell that they have nothing to hide about their process and warranty. The Holiday Light Pros is the only company that offers 2 years installation warranty, as compared to "the standard" 1 year from other companies. As Todd put it "you can make anything work for 1 year".

The scheduling and installation process was seamless - we really appreciate how communicative and efficient Todd and crew were! On the day of installation, and crew was quick and professional. And we couldn't be happier with our lights, which were just in time for Halloween!

We are so glad to say goodbye to temporary lights and a million stapler holes - not mentioning that we paid almost a quarter of what we paid for Trimlight every year in the past for those temporary lights!
