My 91 yr old Mother in Law decided to put up lights for the first time in years and we employed Holiday Light Pros. She is thrilled with her lights - all blue trim lights reminiscent of lights her husband installed decades ago. The crew was fast and careful during installation and what a cheerful result. Overall the process was smooth from start to finish. Todd was able to answer all my questions, and gave a demo of the lighting system from his vehicle which was helpful. They kept in contact with me for my install date and did follow up to make sure everything was still a go. The billing process was smooth as well with a deposit for the initial start of the process and then a final payment to collect once the work was completed. The installers did a good job as well, and helped provide installation tips for a few areas that I was not sure of how i wanted it installed, but after discussing with the lead installer, I was able to understand how it would look and made my selection also based on his recommendation . I’m glad he took that time to assist as it was a great choice made. The install was clean and is very low profile as best as could be. They used white track to match the trim on my home so it blends nicely. Gerry also came out on the second day to mark sure everything was going well, and helped me to install the app on my phone and run thru process of how to use it. It was fairly simple and it works great! Once they installed and completed, the crew did their final clean up and made sure with another test that all my lights were working and asked me to take one more look again. Everything was working as described with no issues! Only thing i wish i asked for but missed after they had left is that I would have wanted the face of the gutters wiped down a bit, as you can hand prints on them (white colored gutters) from where they were holding to do installs. Maybe a recommendation is to just check if touch up’s / wipe downs are needed for cleaning areas out of reach before leaving job sites. I was able to clean up the lower gutters, but the higher gutters were a bit noticeable after the fact. Overall everything went great and so far i am happy and satisfied with them. I have been setting up color options for the upcoming holiday season along with sports team colors and look forwards to running them all. Thank you Trimlight team!

This is our third year using the Holiday Lights Pro. The lights are beautifully installed and it will definitely catch the attention of your neighbors or passerby. They are able to access our extremely high pitched roofing, something which three (!!) other companies were not able to do. Their installers are always so respectful, professional, and timely. Working with Holiday Light Pros was fast and efficient! I submitted a request on their website and they responded with available dates, a mock up of where the lights would be installed, and the quotes that went along with the installation. Their guys got here the morning of our install and were done in a few hours. We are pleased with how the lights turned out. Best of all, the hubby is happy that he doesn't need to take out his ladder this year and climb the roof! 👍🏼 Would highly recommend!

It was a great experience. Lisa was very helpful with scheduling and figuring out the best options for our house. It was our first time using professionals for Christmas lights installation and we are absolutely happy with how it came out. The lights that are provided look very bright and also the timer was installed so that we don’t have to worry about anything on a daily basis the crew was very efficient, and very careful with our house and it’s roof. Highly recommended. Great experience with the amazing results.

All went super smooth. They are the best! We were initially a bit nervous about the final look especially in the day time, but after seeing the demo from Todd, it was very reassuring. The crew were clean & respectful. They will also work with your project budget as much as possible which is really unique and kind of them.

It was such a seamless experience working with the Holiday Lighting Pros team. They were prompt and neat, respectful of our property, and polite and kind in all their interactions. Our lights have been up for over a month with no issues. They were also very careful to hide all the wires and chords, so there’s nothing ugly sticking out. Would recommend warmly!

Neatly hidden wire within color-matched channels. Lifetime warranty. Easy appointments, many options to start with one side or wrap-around property. Once material arrived at their office, installation day was arranged, and 1 day for wrap-around installation. Highly recommend if looking for permanent lights with professional installers.
