Unacceptable communication and subcontracting practices. These guys called on us for an asap project. We were two days out and were all set up. When we showed up, the project had been completed by someone else. 3 hours of round trip and a wasted day for a skilled tradesman who had plenty else to do.
It only takes a phone call, peoples!

They are Insanely expensive. I would not recommend BMS CAT unless you get a committed project price from them upfront-even in an emergency response call. They will charge you 3x the actual reasonable cost with all kinds of hidden fees not mentioned upfront and just send you a bill. Would you write a blank check to any of your contractors? NO. Don't do it with BMS ether..

Melissa is a great Project Manager and Mario and his crew do an excellent job paying attention to all detail when rebuilding a home, happy they were able to get us back in our home!

I called with water damage in the garage area, damaging several boxes with family heirloom and mold on dry walls. . They responded, presented a plan and worked non stop to mitigated further damage. The construction company came soon after to put everything back to pre-existing condition. Highly recommended them! Extremely professional team.

Your team did a great job on my garage, but the painters did not use a drop cloth on the floors leaving paint droppings. Otherwise, I would definitely have given you 5 stars.

Everybody was very efficient and professional. Although the wrong flooring was placed in, both Derek and Rodney were very helpful in their part and securing all of our belongings with care and courtesy.

She was very professional and had her team the next at my work. She oversaw the project and got it done earlier than anticipated. I am very thankful of her expertise and knowledge of work as well. Pedro was the rep who came over to perform an inspection on my house. He was was highly professional and gave me a fair and accurate read out on his findings. Will definitely go back to this business again if the appropriate situation comes up!

The BMS CAT experience was outstanding throughout the whole process from the beginning to completion. The program coordinator,Jeremy Rodriquez, was professional, responsive and did an excellent job keeping us informed and making sure the project moved along smoothly. Mario, the technician who completed the work on our bathroom and walls, did a fantastic job. He was professional, very responsive , always on time and we could tell he took a great deal of pride in his work. We would gladly recommend Jeremy and Mario, without hesitation for any future projects.

I’m only giving 4 stars due to the lack of communication. . The project manager came out in April to setup the project and no one called us . We had reached out to them to setup the repairs . Once the project started it went fast and the contractor was very and professional.

The guys who came (Hector and Jose) were true professionals!
They only commented after a through inspection of the job site and answered all our questions before + after the first day of the job. They went beyond and laid in a plastic barrier for the plumber who will come to fix the piping - very impressive ! :)
