The 2 men who did the cleanup were great. Followed my instructions about keeping certain doors closed and watching out for cats. They mostly got the job done within one day with a second day coming back for a little bit more cleanup and taking away debris. Excellent job, especially Jefferson.

Jefferson & Yancy are a fabulous restoration team that was sent to my home by BMS-CAT. They were responsible for cleaning and painting my kitchen and also cleaning my carpets as part of my fire recovery project. Not only were they friendly, but they were tidy, quick and did a beautiful job! It is obvious that they enjoy their work as I enjoyed hearing them sing while working. Great team spirit!!

I had a great experience with this water damage restoration company. Dealing with a water leak in our home was incredibly stressful, but their team stepped up and made the entire mitigation process as smooth as possible. I want to give a huge, specific shoutout and thank you to technicians Jose, Jefferson, and Ricardo. They were professional, prompt, and took great care of our property while setting up and monitoring the drying equipment. I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with water damage!

I initially hired BMS CAT for reconstruction after water damage in my home. The project manager, Tim Lee, was excellent and managed the initial repairs very professionally.

However, the flooring installation was a major disappointment. Initially, we planned to replace affected area only, a 27-square-foot portion of the floor. Unfortunately, the tile installation was poorly done. After Tim Lee acknowledged the quality issues, we decided to replace the entire 330-square-foot floor.

Unfortunately, the second installer also failed to deliver proper quality. There was improper surface leveling, the mortar was unevenly applied, and as a result, the granite tiles were cracking throughout the entire space. The grout gaps between tiles were uneven, and the work was ultimately left unfinished. The grout was never applied, and the entire job had to be scrapped, forcing me to find another company to redo the flooring for a third time.

An independent adjuster, sent by my home insurance, inspected the work and confirmed that it was unacceptable, further validating job poorly done.

Additionally, the careless work of the second installer led to damage beyond just the flooring. The balcony floor was ruined by spilled mortar, the walls in the kitchen-family room were damaged, the kitchen cabinets got scratched. Furthermore, debris from demolition was left in my garage. Despite promises to clean up the mess BMS CAT had not follow through to this day. Further communications from me were left unanswered.

The water damage happed last March, and nearly a year later, I am still dealing with the aftermath. Had the BMS CAT had done the work properly from the start, this would have been resolved long ago. This prolonged ordeal has caused me immense inconvenience and hardship on all levels.

In summary, while Tim Lee’s management was commendable, the overall experience with BMS CAT was disappointing to say the least. However, while the general construction work was good, it appears that they are not equipped with the right professionals to do high-quality stone or granite floors, and I would not recommend hiring them for this type of work.

I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions.

HRC replaced my old roof and added gutters. Cris did a thorough job of explaining the work, the materials, the guarantees/warranties, the cost and the schedule. I received a prompt written quote after his initial visit. His crew showed up on time (usually early) and were efficient and polite. Both Cris and his crew boss responded promptly to all of my concerns and questions and his crew boss even climbed up into the attic with me to show and explain the vent structure that replaced the old roof vent. I got 3 bids and Cris' bid was the most economical. I highly recommend his company.

This company is first rate. The owner, Cris Hernandez, is easy to work with and takes time to explain what products are available and answers questions patiently and completely. The supervisors that work under Cris are excellent. Making sure everything is done to their high standards and that the site is cleaned up at the end of each day. They are a hardworking crew! Cris offers extras at no cost-gutter covers and chimney The finished job is great.

Needed to have some crown molding removed in my boutique ASAP, so I called Ray. He was easy to reach, professional, and got the job done quickly with no hassle.

I also love supporting Black-owned and local businesses in my community, so that made the experience even better.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, I searched the web and found Jr. at first I must admit I was a little hesitant, as we all are searching the web. Jr surpassed all of my expectations, he came out and fixed the leak and replaced my faucet. The work was top notch, and he is very meticulous about his work. We have the next project already set. I was looking to install a shed in my backyard to move out of paid storage. I chose the Shed Shop for the job and I couldn't be more happier that I did. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company if you need a shed. I decided to paint it myself, but they will do it.

It's a shed. A bit rushed on the assembly as I could see in the workmanship. Even after sending in another guy to fix the 1st issues looks a little meh. Will see how it holds up over the next 5-10 years.
