Nolan did an excellent job wit gutter cleaning. He was very thorough and took his time clear all the debris. He clicked detailed before and after photos and shared that with me. I will definitely use his service next year too.

We've had Nolan clean our gutters several times as well as install bird netting under our solar panels. We also live in a 2-story house with 9'+ ceilings, so our house is on the upper end of what I think he can service.

Nolan communicates well by email and text. While an initial bid for some gutter cleaning came in high, we negotiated pricing based on other bids we received. We also live in the same neighborhood, and he helped us out by removing some debris from our roof after a neighbor crashed and left a drone up there. He did so at no cost, and I figure I owe him a review for being a great service provide and neighbor!

Lastly, we did notice some bird netting come loose recently months after installation (we've had a pigeon problem as well as hawks hunting and eating the pigeons from our rooftop). We contacted Nolan, who stood by his work and came by, free of charge, to do some repairs. Thanks again!

Nolan was super communicative, accommodating, and friendly. We had to reschedule once due to the weather, but he showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and was fast about performing the work cleaning our gutters and solar panels. Nolan and the Smart Solar Cleaning team did an amazing job in cleaning my 35 solar panels --- from scheduling appointment to getting the workdone. They were in need of urgent care due to gunk and dirt accumulating over the years due to negligence of previous owners, leading to a drop in production.

we’ve had some problems with pigeons nesting under the solar panels. they did a fantastic job bird-proofing around the panels.

Nolan communicates very well with customers. He sent a reminder message a few days prior to the appointment, as well as a message when he was on his way the day of the appointment. He was on time and got to work straight away. Nolan is efficient, professional, and courteous, providing me with “before and after” pics of my solar panels.

Nolan and his team at Smart Solar Cleaning are very efficient and thorough. They cleaned out my clogged gutters and made my solar panels look brand new! They even blew the pine needles off my roof! I will definitely be using them again.

Nolan (business owner) actually showed up early.
The Company Van was marked with the Business name and
the van was clean and organized inside.

Nolan did a fast and excellent job on my 17 Solar Panels and skylight.

My Solar Panel output always increases after cleaning.

At this time, l’m on a yearly cleaning cycle with Nolan.

Nolan was also scheduled to clean my neighbor’s Solar Panels.

I highly recommend Smart Solar Cleaning for cleaning Solar Panels.

We were very lucky to be able to have an earlier appointment time due to some rescheduling. Nolan arrived exactly at 11:00 like he said he would. Very friendly and got straight to work. He took pictures of our panels dirty and then what they looked like after being cleaned. I was amazed! They were so clean and for just one person doing 30 some odd panels he was done in 40 minutes.
