Highly unprofessional. Refuses to engage in simple conversation pertaining to what I need.

The Owner was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever spoken with. I would not want to engage with someone on his level,in any capacity. He may be good at his profession, but he lacks greatly in customer service skills...Just Horrible!!!

I suffered a total failure of my electrical system and was cold and in the dark. Bill came out on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. I couldn't get other "24 hour" electricians to pickup their phones let alone give me a quote. I sent Bill pics of my electrical panels and he diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and came out the next day.

I now have twice the capacity in my electrical system and I was able to ditch some dangerous equipment (Federal Signal). My final bill was $2k below what he initially quoted, which was already fair to begin with considering the condition our system was in.

This guy is the rudest person I have spoken with. Acts like he is doing you a favor. Called him to install a Tesla charger. Doesn't even want to talk. When I asked him about availability, he just talks down to you "what did I tell just you??". Totally unprofessional. I'd rather pay more to get someone else.

He put an electrical panel in the stairwell and that has been outlawed for 15 years. Plus he overcharged and took advantage of my elderly parents. Inspector said it should have cost $1800 and my parents paid $18,000. His license should be revoked. Does he even have a license???

Warning this man Bill is Not honest, He has poor Craftsmanship He did not do the electrical up to code. Stole money and materials from the site walked out on a remodel After being paid. After taking this man to the State contractor's board and having mediation He was ordered to pay me thousands of dollars back his work was not up to code.

I have called this person for an estimate and He provide me with a quote that I was thinking about when i can do it. After 10 minutes I received a very rude message that sad not to call his business any more.

I needed my Sub Panel updated so I looked at Google and other reviews and contracted 3 different contractors. Mynor was easy to work with and gave a very detailed quote listing the things he was going to do. The others just gave me a price with no extra info or details.

Based on the reviews and how easy the quote process was (and the details and the professionalism) I went with Mynor.

He and his crew showed up exactly when he said, we talked through the project a bit, and they did an excellent job. Super clean and it seemed his crew was very detail oriented and wanted to do an excellent job.

It was probably the best experience I've ever had with any projects at my house!

Great working with Mynor. I called handful of electricians and he had the best quote. Other than Union City taking longer to approve our sub panel installation, everything turns out to be great. I had him install my EV charger as well, again very good price. Great workmanship too

Mynor and team helped me replaced an outdated model of sub-panel, which was also causing my fridge to trip. I called him, got a very reasonable quote (I evaluated using ChatGPT). They arrived at my door the next day exactly at the agreed upon time and within 4 hours everything’s fixed.

They are professional, respectful, punctual and honest. They take responsibility and make sure everything is good before they leave. I had some follow up questions I forgot to clarify and Mynor sent out his team again the next day to address my concerns by double checking everything for me, and he personally called me after to explain everything again. Before his team arrives he calls to give me a heads up. After he got home at off work hours, he called me and said “hey I’ve been thinking about the other issues you have”.

Any professional can fix your problem, but if you care about how it’s done, you will hire someone with Mynor’s attitude. I will definitely hire them again!

Last week we had mynor add recessed lighting and ceiling fans at our place with no attic access.
He explained properly all the process that he would follow to safely cut the drywall to run wires and then install lights/fan. He was very responsive and showed up on time each day. I would recommend him for any electrical work. His prices were best among all the competitors. I would avail his service again in future if need arises for electrical work. Thanks !!

I did research on Yelp and found Mynor. I called and Mynor actually answered the phone and was very courteous. I asked Mynor to install chandeliers in the dining room and lighting fixtures in the kitchen, he asked me to send pictures so he could assess the situation and then gave me a preliminary estimate before he came out. He and his team came out to install the lighting fixtures and charged me a very reasonable price.
He and his team were clean, came prepared, wore booties when they entered my home to keep it clean, cleaned up after themselves, and I have a beautiful dining room chandelier and lighting fixtures in the kitchen.
I feel so much better now knowing I have someone who is trustworthy to call for electrical issues. I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend Mynor and his team. They are knowledgeable and communicate very well beforehand! Great prices too!
