Did great job in 2024 of adding a second Tesla battery to the home solar system they installed in 2021. Both installations were on time and on budget, exactly as agreed. Had very helpful advice and suggestions for both projects.

Y.E.S.did a great job for us from start to finish. The company is very organized and the project ran like clockwork. It only took 6 weeks from our initial inquiry for our system to be up and running. The actual installation was all done in less than one day. Even our neighbors commented on how quickly the panels were installed. Everyone we worked with -- from sales to project coordinator to work crew -- were all clearly competent and made sure that all our questions were answered and our needs were met. We had only one slight problem involving the awkward placement of the ground wires, but the company was quick to remedy that situation. Other than that, we couldn't be happier with our solar installation.

We got 23 panel Enphase solar project installation at our home in San Ramon recently.

When it came to any inquiry and technical questions about initiating the Solar project under NEM 2.0 , Daniel Happe ( Energy Consultant) was very detail oriented and patient to us throughout the process.

From end to end any operation / installation related questions about the project to PG&E permit approval, Mia Taylor (Operations Manager) helped us immediately and efficiently till project closure.

We are happy with the top level customer service we got from YES and hope that they will continue the same in future.

Franki and the team at Your Energy Solutions are great! We had a major issue with our solar system, and our installer went out of business. Your Energy Solutions came out to RMA the panels we were having issues with and had them installed quickly after the new panels arrived. We are definitely getting excellent service and will continue to work with them!

I had a great experience with your energy solutions. They delivered and listened and helped normal people understand solar technology. Overall I had a pretty good experience I would and did recommend to my friends and family. They were up front about cost and were on time on delivering and they were easy to work with. In the end I was happy with the work. The pm the workers and sales supported the project efficiently.

They are able to do things better then the bigger companies I believe when looking at the details.

You may find a less expensive installer but YES has platinum installer status for a reason. We already had solar but wanted batteries. No way we were going back to Quality First as they biffed so hard on the communucation side. Yes, there were some hiccups on the communication side with YES but all were minor compared to the quality of the install.

Just make sure you understand your City's requirements for solar as the field guy doing the initial inspection may not fully communicate the requirements.

And...frankly, other installers with only gold installer status were more expensive. For instance, one installers price to do two Enphase 5 batteries was $1,000 less then YES to install 3.

Would recommend to anyone looking to install solar!

Your Energy Solutions installed sixteen solar panels and two batteries at my house. They do excellent work and are very professional. I am mostly now self sufficient for electricity as a result. Such a relief to be almost free of PG&E!

My husband and I had a great experience with Your Energy Solutions. We began our project with YES in September. We were trying to get the solar panels installed this year to take advantage of the tax credit. Our project manager kept that in mind as our project progressed. Although I was initially told that installations with the company was currently being scheduled in December, we actually got installation in November and the project was completed by the beginning of December including permitting and connection with PG&E. Each step went smoothly. The installers were on time and efficient. They cleaned up when they were finished, and outside of having the new panels on our roof, you would never know that they were there. We had the same good experience with the young man who set things up for the city inspection. When a few things were called out (even one that had to do with prior permitted electrical work that was no longer to code), YES took care of the fix and our system passed inspection. We had initially planned for an EV charger, but was told that there would be an additional $1,800.00 cost for additional conduit due to the location of our electrical panel from where the EV charger would be placed. Since this was in anticipation of getting an EV, we decided to cancel the EV charger. Our project manager, Jessica, immediately did a change order and removed the cost of the EV charger from our contract without question or pressure. Final payment wasn't due until our project passed inspection. We never felt any sales pressure from the company during the entire process. We could not be happier with the service and experience we had with YES.

I'm part of the big rush to get solar installed before California killed it with the NEM3.0. Was going with another company before a buddy asked me to try Your Energy Solutions. The system I got was more efficient, individual inverters rather than 1 inverter for all the panels and got options for different panels with Y.E.S. for the same price. The system was much more efficient than the previous quote. The service was excellent considering the obvious crunch of business they were getting. They were still able to set up and install within a couple months which was above and beyond, and it was appreciated. They did all the permit work and PG&E work, so as the customer it was stress free. I feel companies are loosing their drive for service now aways, but Y.E.S. was a breath of fresh air. No tricks, no BS. Just a good product and service.

We recently got our enphase solar system installed with Y.E.S, and was working with Geno, who has been amazing!

He explained all the aspects of the solar in detail, and helped us get the right solar and battery system for our current and future use.

He was very patient in answering all my questions even up until and after the plan was submitted for approval. Gave clear final payment and break down on all the different charges.

The 2 person installation crew was amazing (sorry forgot their names), they also pointed out some of the issues with electrical and also what they were doing and why they are doing it. The installation took 2 days and went without a hitch and we got our system up running immediately after the install was done.

Geno also went over the different settings in the battery usage optimization after the install was completed.

We own a SunPower Solar Panel system that was installed about a year ago and unfortunately, they filed for bankruptcy. As a result we no longer have a warranty on labor and pretty much have had to navigate through endless phone calls, websites, blogs, etc. to understand our options moving forward. Driving to Costco one day, I discovered a local Livermore solar company called “Your Energy Solutions”. The founder and owner,
Jim, came out and met with me for quite awhile answering my general questions and how they might be able to assist me now and in the future.
Jim was generous with his time with no upselling or pressure.
We discussed a monitoring issue I was experiencing and the potential solutions he offered were feasible and practical. Some I could try on my own too. As it turns out the monitoring issue resolved itself.
After getting so much run around and sales pressure from other potential vendors, speaking with Jim was a breath of fresh air.
If I have future problems I won’t hesitate to give them a call.
P.S. I also found their front office administrator/ receptionist to be very helpful, pleasant, and professional too.

These guys deserve huge credit for bringing our house out of the SunPower bankruptcy canyon. Thanks to Andy, Geno, Skyler, Gil, Gustavo, Jr and David (and any I forgot). We got a SunPower SunVault in 2025 and it was never turned on due to SP meltdown. YES proposed an effective alternative (likely better than original system) based on Franklin Battery. They expeditiously removed old stuff and installed new. They were highly responsive to concerns I expressed and communicated well. KUDOs!!! Go Livermore company!!
