Duan did a great job on calling me a half hour before he was on the way. A good job showing his knowledge and methodical approach to analyzing the issue. And his communication with what he needed to do and next steps were clear and comforting. Would love to get him every time we call.
I replied to your feedback request & gave your serviceman 5 stars, but you replied to my feedback informing me that it was not complete so let me give you a further account of my experience: My washer has been in disrepair since Oct. 26, 2023. There were numerous calls made to you. Your telephone operators have been empathetic, and your repairmen did their best to accommodate me; however, their hands are tied because your business office sucks!!! You have caused me much anguish. Now that my washer is in working condition after nearly 5 months of disrepair, and I AM thankful, I would like to let you know your system needs much improvement. In this busy world that we live in, taking 5 months to resolve a problem is unacceptable!
The storm from the fires dumped so much dirt and debris in my window AC units that they need a pro to to open them way up to clean areas not readily accessible to customer. Tech was friendly knew his stuff and got both units back up and running
My dryer was working but stopping time to time, the guy who came said it was the timer. After one month of back and forth he changed the timer but the next day the dryer stopped working all together. There is no power entering the timer, but the tech had no idea what was wrong so he randomly guessed that it was the timer and was wrong. It’s been over a month now and I still don’t have a working dryer. Unfortunately extended my warranty with sears for another year before this incident. Terrible service, incompetent and careless technician(s). Disappointing experience and customer service.
The Sears Technician was very courteous and professional. I really appreciate the earlier appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided much needed education about the stove. Excellent service!
Nolan was excellent, he explained everything to us before he did it. He was very courteous and kind. He's an excellent service man.
