The team was organized and completed the work on schedule. They were careful, thorough, and kept everything clean during the process. I’m impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. The results were excellent, and I would recommend them to others.

This company provided exceptional chimney cleaning service and good customer service throughout the appointment process. The guy arrived on schedule, meticulously evaluated our fireplace system that need a fireplace cleaning service, and properly cleaned the chimney, leaving no debris behind. We also scheduled woodstove cleaning because our machine had become substantially slower over the previous few months. The service immediately increased efficiency and gave us piece of mind about home safety. I enjoyed their professionalism and honesty throughout the visit. They also provided useful information on wood stove servicing alternatives, which we are exploring for additional heating during the cooler months.

We recently hired FNI2 Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd after noticing smoke backing up into the house. Jake arrived quickly and began with a full chimney cleaning. He followed it with a very thorough chimney inspection, during which he discovered deterioration in the flue liner. He explained the importance of a chimney relining and gave a fair quote. He also noted brick damage near the top of the stack and recommended a chimney rebuild to restore structural integrity. As a seasoned chimney sweep, Jake worked carefully, respected our home, and took the time to educate us throughout the process. We now feel completely safe using our fireplace again. Armando and his team saved my life. I had catastrophic water damage in my home in San Antonio because of the recent cold weather. They came in and helped me shift and save what could be saved and then took out all the ruined sheetrock and carpet and shelving.
They were in touch every step of the way and let me know how things were going. They even noticed some pictures that I hadn't and saved them for me.
I would absolutely use this business again (though I hope to never need them again).

With all the fires ash and dust collected in our ducts. We called on a weekend thinking we would leave a message when Mr. Soria answered to our surprise. He was very knowledgeable as we weren’t exactly sure what we were trying to do. He didn’t try to sell us on extra services and was straight forward. He was able to do it a few days later. Afterwards our allergies and asthma have improved substantially. I highly recommend him and his team.
