My son accidentally drilled a hole into the wall and hit a pipe.Soria Contracting immediately came out and extracted the water from the carpet.They were literally here in 2 hours.They setup fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the carpet and the walls.They also removed the base board because they were also damaged .They also removed the Drywall that also had water damage. I would use them again.Very satisfied with their service.

They communicated throughout the process through text, email and telephone. We are very pleased with the work performed. I hope I don’t ever need them again but if I did, they’d be the first I’d call.

My family all tested positive for covid. We wanted to get our house as well as cars cleaned. We contacted Soria Environmental, who offered first responder discount, and we were able to get three cars and a two store house fogged. It did not take too much time. Maybe about two hours total. Just the extra disinfectant everywhere. We hv had visitors since testing positive and have not had anyone feel sick. HIGHLY recommend their services!!!

When our water heater blew a hole flooding the garage and going into the bathroom, we knew who to call. Armando quickly responded with equipment and testing the moisture in the wall to gauge any structure damage. Thankfully a neighbor alerted us quickly. Appreciate the speedy response!

I found Armando online in a panic. Our downstairs flooded in the rain and the wall to wall carpet was molding and still sopping wet. He came that day to assess the situation and brought a complete crew the next morning. I completely trusted him and his crew based on their experience and suggestions. They finished the job of draining and removing all carpet and pads and placed numerous dehumidifiers in the area. He was responsive and professional and not pricy. I hope never to use them again, but he is the first person I would call! I STRONGLY recommend you use him.

In the past week I had sewage damage under the house cleaned up by Soria Environmental. Instead of going with a well known plumbing company who came in with an estimate almost double that of Soria Environmental, I chose Soria. They had great reviews online, and I can now attest to the complete professionalism of their work. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. They came over the next day after calling them and completed the work quickly. I would certainly use them again if needed.

Soria Environmental provided excellent fire damage mediation, cleanup & repair after a major fire at our house on 12/29/22. They showed up within 2 hours from initial contact, assessed the situation and provided a comprehensive plan. Armando assembled a crew that started work that very day. Armando and his crew worked non-stop through 29 days of torrential rain and gale force wind. Throughout the process we were kept advised of activity and next steps. Soria Environmental kept our insurance carrier in the loop which facilitated payments. Lastly Armando and his crew were kind and empathic towards us during this most difficult time.

I can't say enough good things about Soria Contracting and Solutions Monterey - Restoration & Remediation Services. When a pipe burst in my restroom, I was in a panic. They arrived quickly, were professional, and had the situation under control in no time. Their expertise and efficiency were incredible. I felt so relieved knowing they were handling the mess. Highly recommend!

Armando was nice and very professional. He explained everything in a way I could understand. His workers were always on time and did an excellent job!! All of them very nice and friendly. Always a smile on their face. He worked with my insurance to get payment.

Soria environmental did a great job. They were very professional, they were right on time. They help coordinate with other contractors on the job which made everything go very quickly and very smoothly. He described the work that would be required in detail when he came for the initial inspection. They provided a very detailed quote. Their work they did was very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the job they did, I really appreciate them coordinating with other contractors, they did a great job.

This company did amazing work! My sister is elderly and has severe RA, they were very understanding and non judgmental. They did an amazing job cleaning her home and air ducts and got her back in her house as soon possible. She felt an immediate improvement in the air quality of her home. Their prices were very competitive and they didn't try and scam me for a service that wasn't needed. The whole team was very professional and treated my sisters home fantastic, Thank you Soria environmental.

Armando has a GREAT company here with some amazing employees. Alfonso and Gabriel were both on time, professional, and took the time to chat with us about any questions we had. Gabriel came on a Saturday to finish up so we could have everything taken down in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any of the environmental services they provide.

If I could give Armando and his crew 10 stars I would. The prompt and professional service he provided helped to deal with a very disastrous whole house clean up much easier to deal with. It was an extremely difficult situation regarding a pipe that burst under our house. Armando promptly returned all my many phone calls, took the time to explain everything including the full scope of the job.
