Went to get sand bags for an upcoming rain storm and they had easy access and the sand, shovel and bags ready and the bags were big enough and strong enough. They really helped us out preparing our property for the rain and such a better deal than paying for them somewhere.

I called Public Works in San Marcos about a large, fallen tree branch blocking my street/sidewalk and the woman who answered the phone was so helpful, kind, and quick at providing service! She got down the location of the tree, my name and phone number; she said they would be over soon to chop it up and take it away. Thank you, Public Works!

Devin saved my hide. I had a partially completed 4 zone mini split system. His guys showed up when he said they would and completed my challenging project in one day. He's a business owner that lives and breathes customer service. Have him work on your mini-split project and I guarantee you will not be disappointed

We had a low pressure code causing our mini split system to quit working. I called and got an appointment the following day. Devin showed up on time and thoroughly diagnosed and repaired our system. He is the owner of his relatively new business. He was courteous and professional and showed us how to maintain our system to keep it running smoothly. He charged us a reasonable price for the work done. I highly recommend this company and glad there’s someone out there who specializes in mini-split system which is so much more efficient the traditional central HVAC system.

I contacted MiniSplit Express on Tuesday, and they were here at 8 a.m. (early even) the next day. Devin communicated with me clearly and kindly to get service all arranged, and gave me a heads up on Wednesday of the techs arrival, continuing to answer any questions I had. Zach and Joey arrived early, were pleasant, considerate, and listened to my description of the situation with my mini split, and got right to work. Zach explained his diagnostic procedure to me and got my unit cleaned and working well. And the price was VERY reasonable for all that they did. You won't regret it! Not only was this system 1/3 of the cost of home depot, but every employee I interacted with was friendly and professional. They communicated clearly when they would be arriving and installed the system quickly and efficiently. They even removed our old, broken system. The price they quoted was the price I paid, no hidden fees or extra charges. I communicated mostly through text, which was an added bonus not having to make phone calls.
