Worked with Eric/Garrett/Charles there. All of them are knowledgeable, responsive, upfront and considerate. The project was done timely and professionally. They have gone beyond and done extra to take care their customer. Very satisfied and will recommend Cut&Dry to my other clients.

Cut N Dry Restoration dried out my kitchen within the time they said they would. I only have great things to say about this company. Eric Stansell and his crew are very professional. They always communicated well through the whole process! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of water damage services.

Terrible experience and they are charging me way more than they should. I called them because I had pipes burst and it looked like it was raining inside my house they came and just put blowers for 8 hours and are charging over 6 grand. I have been fighting with them saying that is a ridiculous amount for what they did. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager for months and have not received a response back. But they were definitely quick to tell me they would put a lean on house if u didn't pay them. I would NEVER do business with them. I actually tell people NOT to go to them

We had an emergency flood in our house, we called several different companies, Cut-n-Dry was able to accommodate us Immediately, the other two companies must have been a one or two man operation, because they were not able to get out to us until the following week. Emergency ?
Josh C from what i understand is with a different division in the company was quick prompt and a true professional, along with the rest of his staff, Charles, Santos and Curtis who is one of the leads off their sister company.
Eric S, is the Director of Operations, A busy man, He took the time to call my family and I to ensure we ok, that blew us away, nothing is falling through the crack.

This company was hired to do my moms home well they hired a company to do the asbestos the company stole so much from her collectibles that was left by my father and son when they passed away cell phones laptops and now this company will not take responsibility when there was supposed to be responsible for her items be careful with what you have in your home and the people who you hire it’s not right I talk to the restoration company and they will not take my calls I have contacted lawyers but because we don’t have receipts it’s going to be hard to sue just be careful

I am extremely happy with the service received. Kaelen Ivory and John were on time, very professional, and just great young men. They ensured I understood what they were going to do, how long it should take, and answered questions and concerns I had. Cut and Dry was contacted by our plumber on a Saturday evening to assess the damage caused by flooding in one of our bathrooms. Michael Harmer came Sunday morning and went on to remove the wet carpeting in the hallway and set up a fan in the bathroom to dry the space. He explained the process and gave us helpful information on how insurance coverage works. On Monday, Michael removed the vanity, mirror and the drywall around the bathroom all by himself. He set up multiple fans and barriers around the area and explained what to expect in the next 3 to 5 days. The work he did in the bathroom and surrounding area was thorough and clean, no mess and devoid of anything that could cause injury. Thank you for a job well done!

Went on vacation, came back to a water heater leak. Immediately contacted Cut n Dry who responded with care and concern. The technician knew right away how to handle our issues. They removed the affected area including surrounding drywall. They left their equipment with us to extract all moisture and dehumidified the area leaving it ready for new replacement. They made sure our home was left in its original condition. Cut n Dry is a professional outfit. They were both efficient and thorough. Highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

Hi had a pipe leak in my kitchen which caused damage to the wall and cabinets.my plumber Bobby Blue had me call Cut n Dry restoration to come and take a look. They did and did an excellent job of cutting out the water logged dry wall and drying everything up. No mess and finished it in no time . Thank you guys for you expert and professionalism. Cut N Dry Restoration went above and beyond in helping us with when our bathrooms flooded. Tony arrived on-site within hours and had the cleanup/ drying started that day. Soon after I experienced trouble with my insurance company regarding the flood and Shannon has helped me navigate the confusing process the entire way. Cut N Dry responded quicker to calls compared to the other companies we called. Provides great costumer service and is very professional. The team that was sent to us, Raymond and Santos was a great help. They worked fast, was very friendly and was understanding.

There's no words that can describe what this company did for me. When things were at there worst and I literally had nothing, they made me feel like everything was okay and in actuality it was. They cleaned up the mess but not only did they clean up the water they cleaned up my mess. They did everything and plus some. they made themselves feel like they were family, and I embraced it This is the most wonderful company that I've ever had the chance to do business with. And I'm just so thankful for everyone of those guys that came over here and worked their butts off. So thank you. You know who you are? There's about 15 to 20 of them. Thank you thank you so much. Full story: We called Cut N' Dry because our hot water heater was leaking. They came fast and helped us to uncover all the damage, showing us where the water had damaged our flooring. We wouldn't have known how extensive the damage was without these thorough employees. They brought drying equipment and set everything up. They worked quickly and were so nice. I am so happy that we called this company because it was an emergency situation and I feel really lucky that this was such a great group of people. Garret, Nicole, Joel, Andrew, and Travis each played a part in helping us get our house back in order.
