Had a sewage leak from an upstairs toilet into the first floor. Cut N Dry was very responsive and came out to consult the damage. Antonio talked me through his process and showed me real time where he detected damage. Antonio, Bianca and Mario came out the very next day to an extremely heavy load of work and did it all in one day. Very professional, hard working, efficient and honest! They even pointed out other very shoddy work from previous contractors that will save me from serious problems in the future.
All correspondence to and from their office with Mike, Yadira, Jessica, and others was very fast, and helpful. They took care of me every step of the way. It doesn't get more professional than this! 5/5 Stars!

These guys didn't do a thing at my home and yet they billed the insurance company over $1400 for equipment that they left in my garage that was never hooked up. The cut n dry rep who came out to my house to look at a slab leak said he had to leave it there and would come back for it later. Extreme lack of integrity and out to make a quick buck.

Cut and Dry Restoration has been great working with us during this chaotic time. Christian was very professional and quick to come out and review water damage and set us up with a dehumidifier right then and there. Yadira has been there every step of the way and has made things move so smoothly!! Everything has moved forward so well and quickly! If I can give a 20 out of 10 I would!!!

Joel and Cut n Dry team was quick to help mitigate the damage on our home, with same day response during a storm of a day. Our initial claim started in March and now that the home is back to normal, I am glad they were there every step of the way. Christian was our first in-person contact. He did a thorough check for moisture and explained everything in detail. He was respectful, professional, and very patient with my multiple questions, even when he had to repeat himself. He did a good job building rapport with my husband and I. We had an issue with the crew that came out the next day, which is why I gave 4 stars, but we contacted Christian who addressed the situation. Good job, Christian.

Please thank AJ , he was always a phone call away way to help me through this process. He made sure all my all my questions were answered and never seemed to mind all calls/ text messages. I was scared because it was the first time I dealt with water damage to my home. But, he worked with me and gave me reassurance along the way. He was very professional, his communication was efficient and timely.

Everyone through the process of our kitchen mess was so patient and helpful and reassuring. They all helped us out so much between the insurance and just the overall journey of getting our kitchen ready to be remodeled. I cannot say enough good things about the amazing crew!

I was referred to Cut N Dry Restoration for a leak I had in my kitchen and I have to say I am so glad I went with them. Bianca was the person who initially came out to check the moisture levels and etc in my kitchen and right away she knew that indeed we had a problem. She helped us with her knowledge and guidance and made us feel secure in our decision to continue services with them. She was in constant communication with us and answered any questions we had. Even giving us her cell phone number to contact her directly. We also had Travis here to do our demo and he was great also. Both were very courteous and sensitive to the fact that we have a baby and were genuinely helpful. The ladies in the office were quick to answer questions and schedule appointments. Our overall experience with Cut N Dry was great. I would call them again in the future if need be.

Clean up, demolition, I had damage caused by a bad water heater. There was damage to walls, floor in closet. I was impressed with the respect, speed, patience I received from every one of the contractors involved with the cleanup of my home. I was very happy with them and I would highly recommend.

My water heater broke and needless to say it caused quite a bit of water damage. I was referred to Cut N Dry by my plumber. This has been a stressful process but the office staff (Elizabeth, Mike) have communicated with me throughout the entire process, answering all my questions, explaining the mitigation process and assisting with my insurance. Julio and Ruben, the employees performing the mitigation process are extremely courteous and professional and really seem to put 100% in their work and put me at ease assuring me they will make sure my house is free of any health hazardous mold. They go above and beyond the their clients.

No complaints. Garrett is doing a great job with communication and information about the job quality and services. As far as I'm concerned cut n dry is above standard for what was expected, considering that I had no clue about the procedure of water damage repair and homeowner's insurance policy coverage. Angel was absolutely amazing. He assured me that this would be taken care of and that my home would be mold free and not to worry he even made corrections all the while, making sure I wasn’t overwhelmed a truly great experience.
