Roof king diagnosed our roof problem, removed all old roofing materials and replaced areas that needed to be fixed. All new roofing materials matched the existing undisturbed areas.

Their trucks will cut you off

The crew had their truck parking in an alley blocking parking spots. When asked if they could move their work truck for a minute to move the blocked cars they said, "No". They proceeded to say, "if you have an issue with that you can call the number on the side of the truck". We called and nobody answered, so I am leaving this review.

Shocked by how dirty, dangerous and disrespectful they are. I understand one disgruntled employee but all of them. They were throwing nails and other things off the roof to our driveway and didn’t clean up. Unbelievable.

Wow, what an amazing company! Called for an estimate at 9am,
Proj. Mgr. was here at 10:30, viewed the job, quoted and said, "he can have a crew here today at 12:40" which they were, roof repair completed at 4pm... Love It!!!

Roof King was very professional and offered quality pricing and financing along with great workmanship. I have recommended them to others and they were very pleased as well.

They left trash everywhere. Left chicken bones in a space where lots of the complex dogs walk. Were rude and unprofessional. Told us a start time. Did not come at the start time came three days early doing damage to all the things we were supposed to be given three days to move. Absolute terrible service would rate a 0.

This company has been repairing my roof and others in my complex for a few weeks. They are loud, rude, dirty, and have no regard for peoples property. Showing up and yelling to each other, moving their dirty truck all around and marking up the pavement, leaving debris and even long roofing nails in my backyard as well as in the main driveway. I even noticed to cracks in my bathroom skylight which is completely unacceptable. I work in a large industry and come across many people with whom I will definitely my horrible experience with your company. I have spoken to a few of my neighbors and they agree that this company is the worst.

Came out and provided an excellent analysis of my roof repair. It was so thorough that I realized I could do the work myself. I greatly appreciate the walk-through and instruction. I think it says leaps and bounds about a company if they put the customer's cost in perspective first. Thanks RoofKing.

Roof King was one of a few roofers that I called to get a quote on a fix. Some of the others wanted $2000 for a small job on my skylight. Roof King did it for $850.00. Lots of rain this week. No leak! Good job Roof King!

Roof king did an entire roof for me. They dealt with the insurance company and did a top notch job. I even saw the foreman give the crew a safety briefing before starting my job! Very professional. great customer service and fast.

Based on the yelp reviews we've had Roof King come out to the Farms and Santaulz for escrow inspections on tile roofs with broken tiles. Both times we experienced very detailed communication and accurate truthful estimates that were needed to negotiate on the request for repairs. In both cases our clients were ultimately happy after contracting them post closing to do the roof repairs.

I called around to about 15 different roofing companies to hire someone to inspect a roof on a property that I was going to purchase. I spoke with many secretaries who didn't know very much. I also spoke with several owners who didn't seem like they cared about doing a good inspection for a good price. They know that they will probably not land a big job from an inspection on a home that is in escrow. When I called Roof King Roofing I spoke with Brian the President. This guy took my call after normal business hours. He was really easy to talk to and he was full of great information. He really seemed like he cared and that he would do a very though inspection. He was also 20% less expensive the other companies. I called him back on a Monday to order the inspection. He personally showed up to do the inspection the very next day. He was on time and he inspected every little detail. He checked on so many things. He even popped 7 different tiles to inspect underneath. This is one of the many things that the other companies said that they wouldn't do. He took many different pictures and documented all damage very well. He explained everything to me and made me fell like I was a very important customer. He submitted a very detailed report the very next day. He didn't even ask for payment upfront. This guy is a real pro and he gets an A++ in my book for customer service. His estimate for repairs was very detailed. He gave me 2 options! Customers love options. Both options were very fare in my opinion as far as the price for the scope of work needed. I will never call any other roofing company again before I call Roof King Roofing. If I do purchase the home, I will definitely use this company to do the repairs. So many of these other contractors seem so slimy, and you can tell that they're just after your money. Brian is something different. He puts his customers first, and the money comes naturally. Bravo Brian! Thank you!

My neighbor with a larger roof footprint used them and paid $16k for full roof replacement. I decided to call them and was quoted $22k for peel and stick replacement. We informed him we have torch down but the roofer refused to go up and inspect the roof and blamed the miscommunication on Lupe, the administrative assistant, saying that she doesn’t know what she’s doing because she’s not a roofer. He looked at pictures another roofer used to make his assessment, but the developer and multiple other roofers stated we have torch down. I asked him to follow up with the rep my neighbor worked with to get the correct information and it turns out he did not. Not only is this negligence, this is downright incompetence.

I called the rep my neighbor worked with separately and he booked an appointment and did not show up and did not give any warning he wouldn’t be showing up after I adjusted my schedule to be on site. When I called him he stated he was in Vista and will not be coming down because the other roofer already supplied a quote. While texting the day before he pretended like he was going to show up. I told him I wanted him to check out the property regardless because the other roofer made errors in his assessment and alerted him that he didn’t even go up to inspect the roof. He said he would call him and get back to me. I never heard from him again. This is a terrible company, look at their other 1 star reviews and don’t even waste your time calling them. They are a joke and complete rip off.

I have received absolutely 100 % excellent customer service! From first phone call to the office to the last payment made. The office staff and the project manager were kind and very professional.
The crew was always on time, and kept the areas around my house clean. They were always polite and courteous. The workmanship it beyond my expectations! Top notch excellent and looks amazing!

They've done repairs at my in law's and family's home for an incredibly reasonable price. The workers and office staff were very nice and I would recommend Roof King to anyone.

I am very pleased to have gone with Roof King Roofing and Solar. I was helped by Janet, VP of Solar Operations, who gave me system based on my needs and future goals. She listened and gave her personal opinions in certain matters. Never did I feel like she was trying to oversell me anything. Installation was smooth process. Tony, lead foreman, was very helpful and worked efficiently. There was no mess left behind and communicated well with me throughout the process. He explained what he was doing as I was curious of the process. Once city approval time came, Janet came to ensure it passed and explain anything that the city might have questions on. I would definitely hire them again in the future and recommend to my friends and family.
