I went with them because they treated me like family through the whole process of repairing my roof. Great prices too. I highly recommend them.

Roof Masters just finish a home that I have with my daughter in San Diego. They went over the top to satisfy the job and go over every detail with my daughter and myself.

The Roof instalation, well it went as any roof installation would go. Rigo, the Project manager won my job by for one by not doing a satellite image quote like 3 other companies did. He walked my roof and quoted me on wood the best he could where as others told me they built a 8-10k budget for wood. The Roof looks amazing. Now with highs there are always lows. The clean up was not the best, as a lot of materials were just blown in to my rocks up against the house. So 3 stars for that.
Solar..... Best removal/reinstall price in town. But also 3stars for this as the installers were attempting to use the same mounting hardware instead of new. That got worked out. Also, the person who removed the solar didn't upload images for reinstallation. Sofi for the Solar portion, clarify everything before moving forward. Still, better price than Sunrun for removal. Overall Im very pleased with my new roof. I will be using them for gutters in the future. It is very hard to get a 5 star review from me, im critical with these. But the Roof is definitely 5 stars. Hope this helps future customers.

We had a great experience with The Roof Masters. The price/value proposition was amazing -- great quality at a fair price. Rigo, our project manager, was attentive, customer focused, and went over and above to ensure we were pleased with the job. We also had skylights that needed replacing. They sourced, delivered, and installed the skylights as if it was original construction. Mike and the admin support team were easy to work with as well. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Do not use them. Their “project managers” are just salesmen and do not manage the project. The night before my project was supposed to start, they realized they hadn’t chosen the color shingles needed. The next day when the arrival window was 8-10 I got told at Noon they didn’t have the materials in stock. The next week when the project was supposed to start at 7-10 no one arrived until 240 PM and they didn’t have the Materials they needed for the project. The next day they didn’t give me any arrival time but someone actually snowed up and did the roof repair. The worker themselves have done good work. However, the management seemed to have completely forgotten that replacing the waterlogged dry way in the kitchen ceiling was part of the project and had no plan for it weeks after I signed the contract. They told me they would arrive between 8-10 but then at 1015 I get a text saying they would arrive between 12-3PM. I have taken off work every one of these times and no one shows up on time or ready to do the project. Additionally, my insurance has called me many times asking my to get an itemized estimate and that they need before and after photos of the damage, and repairs. I have asked the manager to make sure this is done by the workers but every worker that shows up has no idea even though they said it would be. The management has not provided myself or my insurance rep any itemized estimate although I have been asking for a couple weeks. This company will give you attention until you sign a vague contract and once you have promised them payment, you are ignored while they mismanage the project at every opportunity. I picked this company based on their rating but I wouldn’t be surprised if their ratings are done by bots. Again, the workers have done a good job, but the management is a scam. I do not know if it’s apathy of incompetence.

Roof Masters were contracted by my solar company to re-roof my house and I would recommend them to any one else. Karen and Gabby were very communicative and helpful with the scheduling. After obtaining & comparing the three bids and seeing all the reviews, I selected The Roof Masters. I have to say, they did not disappoint. Their crew did an excellent job on replacing my roof. Chris was very thorough in presenting my options and the team provided constant updates and photos. The only hiccup was with a change order due to the age of the roof and the City of Escondido having only one (1) inspector available (go figure 🙄). When I inspected the roof upon completion, I found that they even painted the piping to match the color of the roof tiles. Isaias his team did a stellar job, even cleaning around the perimeter and the 20-year warranty is a plus! I highly recommend The Roof Masters for your next repair or replacement.

As most know roof repairs are costly and concerning. You can't easily access the roof to assess what is REALLY needed so you want someone trustworthy for the job. Roof Masters was it! Next day visit to evaluate and quote. 2 days later, on our roof repairing. It started slightly raining but that did not stop them! They took photos of the problem for my review and then finished the job. Replaced broken tiles without obvious color mismatch. Left everything clean and in order. 5 hours. Thank you Roof Masters!

From start to finish of the project, The Roof Masters team was exceptionally professional and so easy to work with. They had an inspector at the house the day after I requested an appointment with them. Then the process of actually starting the project was super simple and straightforward. Everyone from the on-site inspector to the project managers and front office team to the actual installers were great. There were even some issues with the install. Accidents happen at construction sites after all. Anyhow, the install team accidentally knocked one of my security cameras down and put a nail through the cooling line of our AC unit, causing it to shut down. The installer who knocked the camera down was very up front about what happened and made a point to tell me about it over the phone. I contacted the Roof Masters front office team about both of those issues and provide them pictures. They worked with me and took some money off the total project cost to replace the camera. They also had an HVAC tech come out to correct the issue with the HVAC unit. Due to the location of the puncture in the cooling line, the HVAC tech actually had to call back and have a few of the roof installers come back out and take a portion of the roof off so that he could fix it. The roofing team was at the house within about 20 minutes of his call and the issue was completely corrected at no extra charge with no push-back from the company at all. Fantastic customer service! And my roof looks great! It wasn't a flawless install, but this is a great company to work with. Definitely my go-to for roofing needs in the San Diego area.

From the sales agent to the installation. The communication was constant and they readily replied with answers the questions I had.

They matched a lower quote I received and even painted the gutters to match the facia - I just needed to provide the paint.

Roof Masters did a great job pressure washing my roof. They were thorough with their work. It was a 2 day project and they kept me informed every step of the way. After the project was completed they cleaned up all the debris and left my property looking great. It was great working with Roof Masters and they were reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this company.

Roof masters just completed my new roof... and we are very happy 😊 with there services. From the start to finish they are very patient with you, check in with you when your getting other quotes and patiently wait for your decision. They did my a torch down and shingles roof for my home and they use high quality products, a 3 ply for my torch down flat roof, when other quotes from other companies only use a 1 ply, which would only give my flat roof a life span of 10 years versus the 3 ply for a life span of at least 20 plus years. Their products are better, the warranties are better and they are very competitively priced!... I'm a nurse so it makes a big deal for me where and how I spend my hard earned dollars! They were very quick and efficient. Finished the project in 3 days and it looks fantastic, with a great price and spectacular clean up! No nails! No mess and they even cleaned up mess that was not theirs! Hands down if you want terrific quality with a great price, amazing warranties and great work look no further! I got 7 quotes and this was the company that made sense, you can tell by all their reviews and testimonies. Can't say enough! Look at the before and after pics!
