I called and gave them a part number 3 times. The Asian guy told me they had the part. Echs250 Siemens hub. Drove an hour to find out they don’t have the part. Then the Asian guy acted like he never said they have the part… unbelievable. I’ll never come back to this shop even if they are the only one to have a part in 100miles.

If you call and they say they have the part you’re looking for… DONT BELIEVE THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I was in need of an emergency electrical repair on not only a Sunday but on 4th of July and Quang from NQ electric was not only available but had a very affordable price compared to other emergency electricians. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with my repair. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an electrician.

Mr. Quang was prompt. He was polite and he examined the panel box and tested all of the breakers. There were two breakers that were bad and not working. He was at my home less than
45 minutes. After he replaced the breakers, I had working lights in the kitchen. I was very please with his service.

Quang Nguyen at NQ Electric was a Godsend! I called with a late afternoon electrical issue. He tried to troubleshoot it with me over the phone, but realized he needed to come out. He did an exceptional job identifying the issues, replacing breakers and ensuring everything was properly functioning. On top of that, he was very open with cost, providing exceptional customer service. Don’t call anyone else. Call NQ Electric!

I called late Friday night and Quang immediately picked up. I told him the problem and he gave me a breakdown of what the problem could be and what he would check. Since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled something 8 am the next morning. Quang quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it. The price was reasonable as well, and cheaper than the previous electrician who caused the problem. I would highly recommend NQ electric.

He never tries to get my clients to purchase more than they need and will frequently tell them about cheaper products that he feels will suit their needs better.

Excellent service!! We had half our kitchen - including fridge - lose power right when cooking dinner. Quang was there sooner than he quoted, and within an hour, we were back up with new breakers and full power. What felt at first might be a catastrophe turned out to be a minor inconvenience due to his skill and service. Rarely do I find his level of professionalism, client service, knowledge, skills and efficiency in one vendor. I am over the moon and very grateful. Prices are reasonable too. Quang just finished a big job for me - updating my ancient electrical box, putting my garage on a separate circuit, and installing a 240/110 outlet for a car charger. Quang was super flexible - willing to communicate with me by phone, text, or email. He explained what needed doing and why. He truly listened to my concerns, offered me choices, and made suggestions that saved me considerable money. I think I probably paid too much because I hired him through a service, which was getting a cut. Quang sweetened the deal by offering to do some extra work for free, which must have cut into his earnings. Quang worked hard the entire time he was here, and got the job done quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He had to work around a lot of stuff and didn’t say one word of complaint. His work looks neat and professional - I couldn’t be happier. I plan to call him in the future (directly next time!).

Quang came out to my house the night after I called him, twice. It was Christmas break as well. He was super knowledgeable and professional. He found out where my problem was and even re- wired some questionable repairs the last tenant did at the house. Quang responded to my urgent Saturday evening request when an outlet blew out a group of outlets along with the one that ran the water heater (right before a tenant was coming to pick up keys), He came out within 45 min and then worked on the problem and got it back up running!
