Electrician (Quang Nuyen) is the most professional and knowledgeable technician that I’ve ever came across. He updated my electrical panel (corrected mistakes that the previous technician made), updated most of my outlets and fixed a transformer leading to my doorbell that was causing my Ring system to malfunction. Quang corrected all of these issues in a fairly short time and at a reasonable cost. I can only hope the any future repair I’ll need in my home will go as smoothly as dealing with NQ Electric. We believed we had a problem with our washing machine outlet. Quang responded instantly to our request and was able to come out practically the next day, arriving on time, to check it out. While here, he also quickly replaced a faulty light switch, explained our electrical panel, and what to look out for in the future, and answered all of our questions. Early morning Christmas Eve we had multiple power failures that occurred due to high wind storms and one circuit stayed dead and would reset. Called a lot of "emergency electricians" who 1) didn't answer the phone or offer a voice-mail 2) said they couldn't come for three days or more 3) said maybe, they'd get back to me (they did not). It was a relief when Quang Nguyen answered, promised to arrive in 2-3 hours, actually arrived in 1.5 hours, solved my problem in half an hour and kept my holiday sane.

Quang Nyuyen saved the day by coming out on New Year's Eve to repair an outlet/circuit breaker that powered my Frontier cable box, which provided Internet, a landline connection to my security system, and TV. I called so many places and could not find an electrician that would come out before sometime the next week. Because I work from home I needed the Internet up and running quickly, plus it was awful lonely without the TV. Quang was professional and pleasant, and quickly completed the repair. I would definitely call him again.

NQ Electric did an excellent job at my house. They added new lines to tge circuit panel to accommodate new appliances. They installed outlets and switches. Communication was easy and complete at all times. The work was done perfectly and the price was excellent— more than 50% less than a local large electric service contractor. Don't get ripped off by the big companies- give this family firm your business.
