Their work is okay if you actually get them to come out. The lack of communication (response) from this company is really frustrating.

This company removed our furniture from the first floor so we could have our hardwood floors refinished. Then they came and put the furniture back once the floors were done.

My insurance company sent them to " check out extent of water damage after a sewer back up". I actually did the cleaning myself as it was at night. They came out without wearing any ppe yet it was on the final bill. They did rip up carpet and sprayed anti microbial stuff. Marked up most wall for demo and wanted to do it right away. Told them I wanted my contractor to come and look first and get an estimate first. They left a huge dehumidifier. We ran it 4 or 5 hours a day. Contractor said they would do all the work and much cheaper. Got attitude from them when I asked them to come get machine. Nothing buy huge attitude. I thanked them and said I trust my contractor. Their est was $3850 to do tear out and clean. Billed insurance $2350 and quoted full PPE not worn. $1100 for dehumidifier and $450 for asbestos test done by a 3rd party. So $800 to take 3 garbage bags of carpet,pull up tack straps. Proceed with caution when referred to this company.

Robert and his team were fantastic moving us after our apartment flooded! Esmeralda was a packing whirlwind and got even our most fragile glasses safely to our new home. The guys did a great job of moving even heavy equipment carefully. Everyone worked so hard getting us moved out by our apartment building's deadline and made it a very low stress experience for us. I would definitely recommend Rainbow International, everyone we worked with was very professional, friendly, and hard-working.

Jeff and his team were fantastic and thorough. They were extremely respectful and knowledgeable about their trade. Jeffdid a good job of helping us understand why we needed to do certain things and paid close attention to safety for our family. I also found him creative and resourceful in problem solving and double checking things. Really just can’t say enough. Highly recommend.

We are currently working with Alan after we had a leaky pipe under the kitchen subfloor. Alan has been amazing. He has keep us in the loop the entire time and has been super easy to get a hold off. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the process and has help us figure out the next steps.

The first time ever dealing with water damage, it was very overwhelming and stressful but Rob walked us through everything, gave very thorough explanations for my overly curious mind which put our family at ease.
