Our washer leaked all over our hardwood floors. Very happy with how quickly they dealt with the situation and worked with our insurance! Jeff was great at communication and we were pleased with how he set up the equipment as well. Would recommend this company!

I had a broken sewer pipe behind the wall which caused some mold growth and odor. Steve from Rainbow came out and did a terrific job of mitigating the mold, drywall removal, and clean up.

Roberto and his team were amazing! So professional and quick to respond. I appreciated that they came back as many times as necessary to make sure my floors were completely dried out. Having your home flooded and floors damaged by water is an awful experience, but they made it a little bit less stressful with their professionalism and attitude. I would definitely recommend Rainbow!

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and clearly experienced in handling water damage and restoration work. They worked quickly and thoroughly, making sure everything was dried, cleaned, and treated to prevent any future issues like mold.

Originally I hired Mitch to finish our garage so I could see if I liked working with him and if I was comfortable with him, the process, the price and his work. Since then, Mitch and his team turned my useless basement into a beautiful space. They put up a tarp and something to protect my floor in high traffic areas. He gave a clear estimate. Then they tore down walls, rewired electrical, insulated, put up new walls, textured, painted, recommended a flooring person, and did all the light re-installation, electrical. I'm sure I missed something, but 5280 does it all. They show up to work every day they say they will. They communicate well, are comfortable people to be around and make sure to give my dog love. Highly recommend!

I'm one of the renters of a house within an HOA in Boulder. These guys were on site when I showed up to the pool for the first time ever wondering when the pool would open. I politely asked, "I don't think you would know but have you heard when the pool opens?". Long story short they were super curt, rude, and standoffish. Maybe they had a bad day, but I wouldn't hire them after that classlessness. 5/17/2024

Flatirons construction has twice provided major additons and updates to our house. They are a joy to work with in every aspect. They move the projects along quickly and efficiently with impecable quality. In both phases, they were able to do their work while still leaving us a comfortable space to live in. Everything from the design to the final cleanup is the workmanship of professionals who become friends in the process.

We hired them to rebuild a commercial dentist space after a pipe breakage.
We found them to be horrible. We are not local and they took full advantage of that.
The owner made decisions that were not his to make. They did a terrible job, and their interactions, overheard by others were very rude and inappropriate. I would never recommend them for commercial job or situation where you can't watch them constantly.
We ended up have another company complete the job at a fraction of the cost.
